I just saw cm team has released RC1. I have few questions.
Does it mean it is stable now?
Does it have any change log or realease notes etc?
What about kernel?
And what about bugs?

Let's put it this way, there isn't any best ICS ROM, all have their own benefits/drawbacks. My preference is MiniCM9 though.

I've tried Aokp build 40,Shin7 v1,Miui ,Cm9 last version...and CN9 beta 11 By TeamMex is more stable and few bug than the other,cause Its support a2sd &swap setting...Aroma installer,etc !! hehehe try it yourself !!
I'm thinking of trying 4.2 so which one do you think is better cm10.1 or wizard rom or mackay rom?

If you just wan't cm10.1 go for Mackay because it is very good, but WizardRom is both a modded AOKP rom and cm10.1 in one package, so go for what you would like.
I want it to be a bit stable atleast as cm10.

If you like customisation go for WizardRom and if you like just normal cm10.1 go for Mackay rom
I think both are stable
A part from a few bugs... You cant move apps to sd card, call waiting doesn't work...etc...

I am using Mackay ROM. It is very good for daily use. I don't get any random reboots or SOD's. No Battery drain problem. So you can try...

In the last version I don't have reboots. It's very fast but have some bugs:
Battery drain with 3g & Wi-Fi
Video recording with bad sound and some more. But try the rom

After all your positive reviews I flashed mackay rom yesterday but I had more than 5 to 6 reboots while playing video and it'll become laggy after using mobile for half an hour, only some 20mb will be remaining in the ram.

on mackay...use smartassv2 as governer and row as i/o scheduler
and ram is not like windows in android, the more you use, the better
(though it mustn't be full)

Go into the ramdisk on both and go into init.rc
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IN THIS (THE MATTER OF BOOT AND BOOTLOOP) IS THE LINE
"export BOOTCLASSPATH" near the top. It will have a bunch of lines after it. Now in the Base's boot.img, delete this whole line. Replace it with the lines from Sense's boot.img.

The guide says ypu have tot port over a cm rom, and Android versions must be the same, I dont know if you can port over a stock rom

Guys, for daily use, what the best stable ROM?
I've been using New Experience v10 by autoradio78 but sometimes wifi doesn't work well (i have to reboot phone)
I'm thinking on use the official CM 7.2 nightly or unofficial CM 10.1 by rohan but i'm afraid on bugs it may occur
I dont wanna use stock rom anymore!
What rom do you recommend?
