Pardon my language, but I believe it's called User's Ignorance. This often occurs due to the fact that one is too lazy to use the search button. The error result to the device is trivial. The impact to other users, however, is quite severe, including getting annoyed or irritated by the ignorance of the said user.

Can anyone help me I have brought a mid tablet an it's not running very well so I was looking for a Rom that would make It a bit quicker. If you look on androidtabletbay .com it's around $74 and it's a allwinner a10. I do not know what roms I can put on it any help would be appreciated thanks

Look at the link in the first page of this thread. When you click that link it takes you to a forum for your tab. The FIRST sticky tells you how to get CWM Recovery for your tablet.
I know you did that and backed up your tab before you flashed it so you should just be able to use CWM recovery to restore the backup you made before you flashed a new ROM.
I was in a hurry and didn't back up plus I crnt see anything on the screen
