it could be done, htc evo 4g lte has a sense 5 port, not the same hardware but it should be possible

we still need to wait until somebody has resized everything to fit to our phones resoulution. when that is done , for sure we can have a sense 5 rom.
Also miui 5 and PA with halo feature would be nice

but i can swear this is real... and this is your bungling....
the rom is work great and i upload it to utorrent because the file is to big (996mb)
soon i will upload video that with the rom and everybody know this isn't a virus... this is 100% real!
because when you upload the video and show that it is true then I'll ask creere and apologize, but why not registered before the board?

Managed to compile a REAL FroYo Rom for the Legend based on the Android SDK.
It boots nicely... There is a BUT... The touchscreen is not recieving any input.. I can move around with the trackball... Need a programmer to make sure the trackball is working..
Anyone up for the challenge??????

OK I agree, We can look others device thread, like HERO at the first time it launch, they work together to develops it, and we can work on Legend together and write all improvement here and submit the fix file here for all cheft and users, no secret tweak or step or fix. Open it for everyone. Remember we are a minor user of Android here, and if we are not work together, the development will go slow.
As I follow in GENE and OPAL forum, they do like it, and now, there are a lot of ROM there. the target is to make compatible FROYO for Legend without bug, and I say "YES WE CAN"

I think the right forum for a request is Q&A, read the rules next time.
A ROM without a working camera and wifi and with problems with bluetooth is definitely a "NO" for me.

do you know how to extract the rom and root it? maybe you can provide a simple rooted stock rom to test the RUU.

I think we post the RUU rom here and our greatest developers will continue the next part So be patient for Sense 4+ICS rom release

Once we have the 3.0 kernel from the OTA, we can apply it to a Sense 4.0 ROM. We have known it will only be sense 3.5 (I though Sense 3.6, but almost identical) for a while but don't worry, it's the kernel and the drivers that are the important bits
All that hoping and waiting just to end up with 3.5 :banghead:

I think s710d is a Chinese CDMA phone, like the Droid Incredible 2 (vivow). The s710e is more akin to our vivo, so if this is for s710d then we will have to wait a little longer I think

mine is 6.13.1002 will this work?

I'm sorry, I'm not the developer of that rom it was rafyvito was banned from xda like a year ago he released the rom in rootzwiki but for what i know he couldn't make the ril work and he tried for weeks if not months but he sold his vivid and he is not working on the rom anymore

i would also be willing to put 20 up or possibly more and i will help test it. And he ported it from the htc one s http://trickdroid.org/trickdroid-villec2-27-10-2012/ that seems like its our best bet .
I thought of attempting to fix the RIL issue but it seems that the zip is broken... I need a working zip.. upload to mediafire.com if someone can...

Im downloading now and will up to mediafire. This port is based on a ruu from a snapdragon s3 (like the Vivid) variant of the one s (villeC2), most of the One S's (ville) are s4's. Since then, they have also gotten a 4.0.4 sense 4.1 ruu for the c2 (available in football's thread). The only custom ROM available for the villec2 based on this RUU is TrickDroid (available in the One S forum, tagged as [S3]) Any chance it would be easier with sense 4.1? Should our energy be focused on a working 4.1 port or fixing the RIL in 4.0? Dont exactly know what the trouble with our ril and sense 4.0 was? Always like it when talent pops their head in so I can pick their brain. I'll have the link in this post when it's uploaded
Edit: First try quit at 268mb. Trying again (Note that I did download it successfully yesterday with no problem, to another computer of course.. Maybe there's just issues today?)

i forgot that everytime i downloaded the the rom inside ubuntu i had nothing but problems .... figured i would take that out of the loop

I have HTC Butterfly S 9060. and I messed up the stock rom. Originally this phone has sense 5 out of the box. But I flashed sense 6 BlinkFeed launcher zip and it didn't work out and I even ended up losing sense 5 launcher. Now I'm using nova launcher.
I did system backup before flashing the zip but something went wrong with sd card and I lost the backup.
It would be kind of you if you upload the cwm backup for me. I'll be thankful..
