GPRS 3G settings mystery :(

basically i have downloaded the lurch file to get rogers net but its still not working i have these settings
APN:internet.com
User Name:wapuser1
Password:wap
i realllllly wanna get my net running on this thing
please any help is appreciated

go to google.com and type in "Name of carrier" browser settings.

"3" icon tab missing.. help

hey guys, i just did my 1st rom and radio flash.
im on a contract with 3 in australia..
rom..EnergyROM Series 2.0 with Final Rhodium Manila** ||Build 32209
radio..1.12.25.19 and im loving the new look..
however.. i lost my 3 (3g company/ carrier) tab..u know, the tab with the 3 symbol on it so when u press it, u can find out how much u have spent, ur pack and all that other stuff..3 content page..
just wondering is there any way of getting it onto this rom i have..without going back to the stock rom?? or can i just type in the address to get to that page?? i dont know the address btw..

on the internet tab add a favorite and add the address "three.net.au" and it should automatically direct you to your my3 after your phone sets up the connection when configuring your phone.

cannot be accessed via Wifi if you are trying that.
the myaccount definitely works, just opened it on my TP.
the planet 3 link was wrong -

I am trying with gprs...... not over WiFi - I switch of WiFi and enable data connection b4 trying this.
It was working with the shipped wm 6.1 that came with from three.
Since I flashed with cooked wm 6.5, no longer able to access three.net.au site. (since my3 services are in this domain)
but I can browse the web using 3services without any problem..

Fido network connection Help

I'm extremely confused about setting up the ISP and MMS on my Tilt with Fido- I have all their information but i still dont receive MMSs also the connection wizard doesn't have fido as an option. Can anyone help out or direct me to a thread with more information (i did a search in here)

I use a carrier other than AT&T on my tilt as well.. I got MMS to work, but it took a little tinkering.. I am assuming you already have the "regular" internet working... Assuming you do, this is what I did..
Delete every AT&T internet setting you can find.. lol.... Then in the TXT messaging screen, hit MENU, then MMS Options, Then goto the SERVERS tab.. delete anything that is already in there... set up a new one.. on mine I just needed the web address ( mine was 192.168.254.251 ) Port 9201 ... and then HTTP://www.einsteinmms.com/+1XXXXXXXXXX (X's are my phone # ) and I left everything else blank.. and it worked... I would get the simmilar settings for your carrier and try... I am usign the stock WM 6.0 rom (Don't laugh... It is customized with all the software I like and works perfect for what I need it to do).. LEt me know if this helps..

I actually tried this as well I did get the regular internet to work, but what is this eintstein http?

those are the setting that >I< personally used for my ISP... I was just using them for example... You need the corrisponding settings and put them in the same place...

3 interent settings

Oh sorry, my X1 is unlocked and i want to acces the interent on it, but because it is unlocked there are no settings for my network (3 network). Does anyone know the interent settings for the 3 network

Anyone know, interent settings for X1 doesnt even exist on SE website anymore
Im sure someone on this forum has a phone on WM 6.1 and is on the 3 network

if you mean internet settings then I doubt the 3's internet settings are on sonyE's site
as internet settings are 100% controlled by the operator

tmobile mms settings

hey guys and girls... I just got the X1 yday, liking it so far (coming from a e71)...
I cannot seem to get my mms to work, could someone help me with this? i have my internet working but idk how to set up my mms settings...
i have tried searching but didnt seem to find anything that helped me. any help would be nice. thanks!

open in background tab
