[Q] minimalistic text with image background?

Hi all masta,
I want to make windows7 like home screen with a picture/image with touch to run application capability, is there an apps similar to minimalistic text but with image/picture as background?
Or
An icon launcer (like image frame widget)?

Just move an app on top of other and it will create an folder

Yes, I see now that it works if you set the view to 'Own order'.
Apologies as I should have tried changing that before posting (although it doesn't seem intuitive to have to do so).
