Miui, Looks like.
Miui is a rom that has very iPhone like features and a strong theme manager. If you think this is for you and you are rooted, check to see if your device has it in the dev community.
This does look like a familier theme for miui though, and that I cannot provide you.

Hi,
The creator of Lustre icon pack gave me a png file of an icon that is blank. i wanted to use that to add my own pictures and use that as my icon. How do i do it or do you guys have any tips for me. I thought i was good at Photoshop, but it's not helping. Thank you.

So I'm not a pro with photo making, editing, etc. However, I recently downloaded team nocturnals goodness noteworthy rom. One of the cool features I ran into in 3minit was the ability to change status bar to a custom image. I looked around and couldn't find any so I made my own. I enjoyed doing it so I'll be more than happy to try and make others if anyone would like to give it a go. Just request an idea you have.
