I have one that is in mint condition except that it needs to be sent back to HTC for a new processor. I plan to do that next week and it should take about a week to get back. Once I get it back I plan to sell it because in the interim I bought a Tilt.

HTC Touch Diamond DIAM 110 usa version for sale. as new.

I am selling my touch diamond in flawless condition with still 9.5 month's left on the HTC Warranty for I am getting the Xperia xla in about a week direct from Sony and can't wait. The phone is in pristine condition, not one scratch, comes in the original box with all accessories many not even opened and I will also throw in a virtually brand new blue tooth headset being the holidays and all. Thanks for your support. TRULY. I agree wholeheartedly and am in shock it has not sold yet. I quess just like evil bay you deal with alot of time wasters like the guy from India and it does not have to be this way. Kevin

It's actually unbelivable how much we get price gouged here in Australia and i've tried looking elsewhere without much luck unfortunately

Its being sold at the good guys and Harvey Norman for $49 I think, but stock is very limited. I haven't seen one in a shop though
