Watching the sammy commercials was just pissing me off, cause this was one of the features that we were told we'd have. I didn't see HTC push this feature out, so I did a quick google search and heres what I found. Pretty awesome!!!

It has to be an object that moves in the scene. It's more so if you take a zoe but are really using it to take a still and some one or something gets in a frame it just uses a frame without the object and replaces it with the blank space.

I had an idea on how to do a "true" honeycomb lockscreen. At http://j.mp/dXw49d (XDA forum) you must drag down to unlock. What about making the gesture "trail" the honeycomb unlock icon and then creating gestures for every direction? What I mean is making everything gone (hide unlock slider) then making the gesture trails look like the unlock icon. Then after creating the gestures in every direction then dragging the dot anywhere you can unlock. Also maybe restrict the starting point for the gestures to where the icon is. I can give you screenshots to show you what I mean.
Do you think it would work?
I think it's a good idea!
It will be comfortable to use it and it looks nice.

Haha ya I just edited the picture. Its my idea for a sweet lockscreen. In no way is it a reality, and unless a dev takes on the idea it never will be
holy crap that's awesome. Also probably easily feasible. I unfortunately lack the ability to make this but i might shoot it over to a couple of devs and see who wants to work on this.

Hello XDA-U, I am here to share some videos (or rather, a user) I found on YouTube that has a full set of videos on how to both make android apps AND the top to bottom know all of Android. These videos have taught me quite a bit and I have only watched two. This is for those people that despise reading books and would prefer visual aid

The group is called MarakanaTechTV (as shown above). They don't just cover Android, but a whole range of things that would be useful to any and every tech enthusiast.
They have a series called "Android Boot Camp" (Latest edition is 2012) that teaches you Android starting at the bare bones of development. There is also a 2010 version (just go to their playlists). This would be great help for those just beginning.

If you use the camera in almost complete darkness, do you have pink and blue around the edges of the screen?
I noticed this the other day and it concerned me. I had huge issues(as did lots of people) with my HTC One with pink in the camera, and don't want to end up with similar issues.
Might contact support for a replacement.

In low light, pointed at my green blanket, parts of the blanket will have a red tint. That's the only time I ever noticed it so it didn't concern me.

The pink in the middle issue is different.
I don't understand why these companies have such bad quality control when it comes to the camera. It seems to be a major issue with every manufacturer at some point.
