[Q] no connection to the internet

I installed tonyp rom, "ParanoidAndroid v2.17 Hackfest JB alpha [build5]" on my P990.
but i have no connection to the internet? when I turn on wi-fi, it cant find router. even if I add it manually, i get; Not in range!!!!!!!!!!
on this Thread i get no answer, perhaps here get i an answer

Downgrade with cm7.2 if it still won't work you have to repair it

Wifi don't work on cm10, you need to flash another rom. Watch the changelog of cm9. Or in the thred where you download thos rom. When you lookat the end of the thred known bugs are listet.

Does the rooted CM10 have all the features as say the stock Jellybean? If not what would be different?

Not if your using CM10. You can hoever back it up to your sdcard and restore it on CM10.

no, even there isn't a official ICS for P970..

Stock JB is AOSP from google. There isn't a official one for our phone.

Yes, it's test version. I searched and saw there are some 28a for some LG device

Well...Just flashed and when I turn on the phone I get the LG LOGO and this : ''Security Error'' O_O wtf
I uploaded the BIN/FLS files.If some dev want those let me know

I had the same error once, reflash to stock didnt help, so i sent my phone to the service center and got my mainboard changed, under warranty

I didnt check yet but I search for more information why V28A. So for P990 Optimus Speed was also leaked version of ISC and you can read more here

But the problem is kernel version is 2.6.39.4 that's way V28A, not V30K. So it is ICS bu no fully because of old kernel.

So now I can see we need repack of this V28a Rom. I dont wanna destroy my phone.

It has multilanguage , 3.0.8 Kernel , everything is working:highfive:.No root but still perfect :laugh:
I didn't find any bugs.USB MassStorage working , Camera , SD Card ( the verification it will take 10min for first time but atfer that it will work -depends on your storage capacity)
If you see on the 2nd picture it says V28a Final

why should i flash my v20o to v10a?
isnt awkward? all i want is to try or test the v28c ics leaked should i follow it or not?

The link provided was V28C as zip (http://d-h.st/f16). Extract it and flash via SmartFlash.

I went link hunting to get you the 28c link and you can't read o use common sense?

the link is for the leaked version, is the same i posted its a zip file that contains the *.bin and *.fls file to use it with smartflash.
I've tested v28, its very good, a little laggy on demanding games, but as a daily driver rom is OK.
