Is any way to root SO-02E without unlock 10.1.D.0.343 .....

If it's the new firmware then root is not available as of now.

Well that's great news! I thought the bootloader or something somehow prevents that, and I can't find more info about it. Thanks :victory:

Freeze "Update Center 1.3.3.A.0.3"(com.sonyericsson.updatecenter.apk) by using Titanium or whatever.
That should stop the notification

v08c is rootable and we have a user with success, unfortunaly we don't have the v08c firmware .....

Yes. Since the ftf remove the old /system and /data. You'll lose it.

I've deleted bloatware. Does that count? Or do you specifically mean OTA files in system?

u need to get rootable firmware (434) root it than just do ota and afterwards u can change/delete stuff.
Could you link me? I've just done a search but can't tell one firmware thread from the next.

No, it does not work. Tried already and can confirm it's failure.

not going to happen since it needs to be rooted to backup my TA, and to root it i need to unlock my bootloader *sigh* -.-
