does anyone know where i can buy a new sony x1 motherboard? or how much it would be?
Hi Guys, Thanks in advance for the help. I've been looking online and couldn't find a concrete answer to this. I have a Xperia Z C6616(bell canada) that has a broken digitizer . LCD started cracking by itself. Anyhow, I want to buy a replacement part? Are the variations of Xperia Z has compatible LCD/digitizer? Please let me know. Thank you.
I have this e-bay item#271285844256 for the part but I am not sure if this will fit my xperia z phone. sorry I can't post links yet.

That is still classified from a parts perspective as an L36H, isn't it? If so yes.
So the digitizer is cracked, or both it and the LCD? I have seen digitizers separate
http://www.etradesupply.com/sony-xperia-z-l36h-digitzer-touch-screen-black-with-sony-logo.html
They would be difficult to separate though, and may end up busting the LCD anyhow.
Here is the full unit at this site

Thanks for the reply. The touch input doesn't work anymore but the LCD still shows images. I heard the lcd and the digitizer are fused and pretty much impossible to to separate. I just want to make sure Im buying th3 correct part since these parts are picey.

I have a Sony Xperia c6616 that has a smashed LCD and digitizer. I've tried searching for a replacement part for it but can't seem to find any. The parts listed as for the L36H look identical though. Does anyone have a definate answer as to if the L36H LCD can be used to replace the screen on a c6616? I'd rather not waste $150 on a part that won't work. Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a LT25i of a colleague of mine, in practice, fell and broke the display.
On the net I've seen different models, some of you have experience on this? is there any tutorial to disassemble and reassemble everything?
If you have any suggestions on where to take and what I'd be grateful.
too expensive imo... i would just buy a 2G dumbphone and save up to buy a new phone altogether... that is unless your friend is a diehard Xperia V user.

If the LCD is OK and it's just the front screen/digitizer that needs replacing, then this 'could' be sourced for around USD15-20.00
I've replaced an Xperia X10i digitizer myself and that only cost around USD18.00.
It was more an exercise in science to see if I could do it, than a requirement/cost exercise, thus practicing on an old unused phone in my case. :fingers-crossed:
Okay so I live in India and my usb port is damaged.
Is there somewhere where I'll get the part?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Also will the Xperia Z part work?
alibaba express, ul get it there
