[Q] CyanogenMod on HTC ONE: Who's behind it? - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Hey guys so I recently heard that the Sprint HTC One started receiving CyanogenMod 10.1 nightlies.
Sure enough I checked it out at the get cm site, and they're there!
I'm currently running the nightly from 5/14 and it's smooth/ stable enough for a daily driver rom (In My Opinion)
What I would like to know is where I could find some changelogs for the new builds/ who's behind this awesomeness.
I checked the CyanogenMod wiki, but the only information I could find was that it's being maintained by "kushdeck"
Can someone please find out more information about the dev/ changelogs between builds/ etc...
I checked the android development section and there aren't any posts relating to this.

CyanogenMod 7 Nightly Builds 2.3.2 - Changelog (whats new, works and doesn't)

Hi Guys and Gals,
Just thought it would be a good idea for all those using the CM7 nightlies to post here what changes they've noticed and anything that doesn't work.
Please note that none of the issues posted will be reported to the Cyanogen team, this is just for users of the forum.
Also if anyone could suggest a suitable format for post so it is easy to find info on a particular build it would be greatly appreciated
These can just be done in the thread can't they?

true but I thought people might want one place to find all the bugs/developments

[Q] Current status of CNA for i9000?

Hello forum-goers,
There's been a couple of releases lately of Codename Android for i9000, but the official website seems to have fallen behind on updating. The latest version it shows for any device is 3.4.0, while the official file server shows stable versions as high as 3.8.0 (possibly higher). For the Galaxy S the file server shows a nightly from September 27th; the forum documents a 3.6.5 port from August; and a 4.1.2 unofficial version was published back in June on XDA and recently updated.
So I have no idea what's really the most up-to-date version, what's worth installing, what's going on with the CNA team's blog and whether any official i9000 ROM is due. Explanations would be most welcome!
Blip ...
Anyone?
you make ask question in cna thread itself and hope someone will answer you...I never used cna...so no idea...

[Q] CM 10.2

Hi All,
I remember that we will not be receiving next major version of Android by CM becoz of lack of NEON instructions. I only wonder, if we will still get CM 10.2 or our last version will be CM 10.1.
Can anybody with CM insider knowledge answer?
I can only see that there was not created CM10.2 branches in our P990 github related repositories, which is bad sign to me.
Edit: Answer is Yes, CM10.1 is last version.
CM 10.1 seems to be the latest official version of cyanogenmod. But just look at all the gifted developers in the development thread. I guess someone will get it working on our device .
I think even some time ago pengus or tonyp mentioned that they like the challenge ....

Yes, I have read tonyp's thread and there was mentioned that CM team officially won't support 10.2 for our phone. But I hope Pengus and Tonyp will make something But it's quite possible that it will be a little bit unstable and glitchy...

Thanks, I know about it. But unfortunately it will not be official CM, only experimental.
It's great that there are still developers who want to keep our device up to date :fingers-crossed: , but looks like it's time to look around for next future device.

Thanks man I just thought nobody liked the TeamCarbon rom and the Carbon devs on xda lol its a solid aosp rom with pretty nice features. I will test as many builds as you need to get it working for us
I run Carbon on the Nexus 7. I'm probably not going to give it up for Sense, but it's a terrific ROM.

I'm aware of their sprint variant its the 4.3 nightly that I'm speaking of, it has never booted for sprint HTC One users because they don't have the phone. Slimrom 4.3 works well in the meanwhile though

Working on it. Wasn't able to complete a full sync last night; tried three times. Working on it some more this evening. If there is a current release, why isn't it out? No maintainer?

heres the builds but they dont run without fc even though they say successful builds http://dg4prez.no-ip.org:8080/job/carbon_m7spr_nightly/
heres the nightly links http://goo.im/devs/carbon/m7spr thx for your efforts
I saw the Goo. So, they compile and boot, but don't run without issue? That explains why no release.....Maybe I should hit up the creators and see what they say before trying this out on my own.
There is a build of Android 4.3 Carbon Rom for the Sprint Variant out there that supposively works fine. I've not tried it though. It's at another site and by a dev that is banned on XDA so I best not post links.
The name of the site rhymes with daticktick.
Moved to proper section, please read and respect the rules before posting.
Thanks,
Anybody want to get a Logcat on a Carbon 4.3 ROM for me? I have built it 3 times and have a 'unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped' every time. It boots, but can't function because of this error. I have been unable to get a logcat up to now, because I haven't been home and it is an issue that starts right at boot, so a terminal logcat isn't possible. The link is here:

PM me with the results and I will be forever grateful...........

[Q] Honami CM11 Official / FreeXperiaProject

Hi,
I'm about to get a Z1 in a few days so I stalked the forums already.
So I noticed something that confuses me.
I found the CM11 Thread by FreeXperiaProject and I also checked the original CyanogenMod Homepage.
So it seems like there are the official CM Nightlys and the FreeXperiaProject release of CM11.
Which of them is "the right one" ? Should I stick with the forums and use the FXP Version or the official one?
Is there a difference at all?
Hope you can enlighten me

wow .. that was ... not helpful at all.
As I said: I already found BOTH the FXP and Official CM11 releases/nightlys.
And call me stupid but I could not find any infos about differences in both versions on the CM Download page.

Your question was, "Should I stick with the forums and use the FXP Version or the official one?", my response was a link to the official, I thought that was clear enough. There's most often no difference except that the common CyanogenMod code is generally newer in the official releases.
