Hi,
Anyone know how to check whether my phone is supported LTE? because just contact HTC careline, they told me my device is support LTE, but refer to the page one picture, 801e supposed not support.
I'm from Malaysia.
Let's say if my Device is not support LTE, and why this option is appear on my MOBILE DATA?
GSM/WCDMA/LTE AUTO
Afaik all M7's support LTE. There might be some limitations for Chinese market though....

t-mobile, orange and ee are all essentially the same network. I'm pretty sure that if you're not able to get a 4g signal ee will instantly switch over to on of the other 3g networks to ensure you have a signal at all times.
Don't worry - it will change eventually.
My HTC One X did the same for a few days.
I think it relies on a network update to come through.
Thanks I am on s tmobile contract.

Does any bady know if there is an HTC One variant that works in the 900 Mhz 3G band? I mean HSDP/UMTS 900 Mhz
Thanks in advance
The one bought in EU certainly does... The htc one from EU doesn't have the UMTS 850 band, so beware...

From HTC UK web site

Oh yeah. HTC updated the specs site a couple of times. I was misled by other review sites which claimed that this phone was global for GSM and UMTS.
I anyways can't understand this fragmentation in the specs for different markets and wonder what the benefit for the manufacturer is.
First and last time I buy an HTC device because of this. Next time I will aim at an iPhone or a Nexus. These devices are global enough for my needs (roaming between EU and Americas).
I crossed out Samsung from the list because I don't like their untidy and cheap phone design. Yet their high-end phones are GSM and UMTS-global.

Which phone should I bring to Europe for 8 months? Sprint HTC One sim unlocked or Nexus 4? The countries that I'm going to have the exact same bands being used by the HTC One(GSM 900/1800 and WCDMA 2100), however I'm afraid I might run into permanent issues after reading through the main sim unlock thread.
You can also get a Global GSM HTC One and its Quad band so it can work in any part of the world where there is a GSM network.

I already have the Sprint version HTC One. Buying the official gsm version is out of my price range.

Hey.
I own the 801e module of the ONE.
Does the software of my 801e (Which is 2.24.401.9 / 3.63.401.3) support LTE?
Thanks ?
Nope, 801e doesn't support lte at all. We have the MDM8215 modem, without lte, the lte one is MDM9215
