I'm running the CyanVivo 10.1 ROM and I've observed that the search option using the Google search app is really, really slow, both on Wi-Fi and 3g.
Is this a known problem with CM10.1/4.2 or am I doing something wrong?

Hi guys, anyone got any idea why the official facebook and twitter apps keep signing me out, out seems to be really random and I don't think it's rom related as it has happened with every version of cm7 I've used. Both are on my phone memory not sd as I figured this may be the issue, but that didn't cure it.

I get similar on my stock Desire HD with the twitter client (don't use facebook)
For me, it seems to be whenever there's patchy network coverage.

I haven't had a proper browser sync with ICS since the early builds. It's not high on my list since I use Dolphin HD.
Now that I look at it, CM9 hasn't been syncing for a while. But it also hasn't been showing any errors like AOKP has been, so I didn't notice.

I've realized that Google Search does not work on most 4.2. ROMs I've flashed. Does anyone else have issues or am I just missing something during the flash process?

Google search is apart of Google Now. The app works fine, but the voice search crashes instantly.
Edit: It's working now after updating the app. Probably should have tried that before posting, sorry.

Hi friends. I'm on cm 10.2 last nightlies and i think im having a problem with gps. It takes forever to lock gps... Can you please give any help... Ive tried a few apps but no luck. Apps like faster gps, etc

Regarding your problem: I do read the cm official thread and it seems that the GPS lock is good for most of the users.
Did you do a clean install with system wipe? You should probably try that.

gps.conf might not be optimized for your country.
