The phones you purchase off HTC's website are carrier agnostic, unless you buy them with a contract then they'll be tied to one and you'll know it. Otherwise, they can work on any GSM carrier(so, not Sprint). The All-in-One toolkit you linked will work for the non-carrier branded, ATT, and probably the T-Mobile one. I've personally used the Toolkit from this forum on my AT&T phone without any issues whatsoever.
EDIT: After looking at that image you added, I'm pretty confident you have a Developers Edition or at least a non-carrier branded edition so it will work on any carrier and the Toolkit you linked will work just fine.

[Q] Radio behaviour with different ROM's when phone is S-ON?

Hi all!
I have unlocked the bootloader on my phone thorugh HTC Dev, but unfortunately I cannot get S-OFF (yet, waiting patiently).
I have been trying out a few ROM's and I notced that on the latest one (that I really like!) I seem to get worse 4G coverage. I installed Android Revolution to get 4.3 and it seems to have noticeably worse 4G coverage around my office and my house. 1 bar instead of full bars.
I am just wondering; On the HTC Dev site it says that being S-ON protects what you should not change anyway, as the radio. So my radio should be the same. Might there be an issue with the compatibility between the radio and my current ROM? Is there such a thing?
Thanks in advance!
I have been googling, but there are too many variants of the HTC One out there, so I have not been able to find anything relevant to this issue on my phone.
This should be the relevant info from settings:

I've installed probably 40 different ROMs (not versions, ROMS) on my ATT One and I've noticed the same exact thing, I've actually stopped using a ROM and went to another one just to have my service feel regular again.
Changing a setting seems to have helped a lot for me. Read this post and the next page in the thread. :good:

I believe it's different. Today's announcement is for availability in UK and Europe markets. The bands are different from China market. Will be compatible to Singapore. Except no LTE.

[Q] Need help with Updating HTC one M7 Sense (5.0) to lollipop

Bought my htc one m7 (sense 5.0) on amazon. It is a At&t unlocked phone which I'm using on T-mobile. I heard that AT&T rolled out lollipop OTA updates. However, I get a message "No update is available for your device." I'm attaching screen shots for the details. I'm really looking forward to updating to Lollipop. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

DeBranding a Sprint Phone

This came from a Samsung S7 forum, but it looks like it works on my phone. I stopped just short of any changes. But it was definitely ready to do something.

I doubt it does anything other than reset a phone for resale, say refurbished phones. Reset the phone in the phone settings to wipe it, then type this command to reset the provisions etc. Put it in box for the next customer to turn on and have a new phone experience. I hope I am wrong, but this would be too easy...
It didn't do much at all. Same thing as ##SCRTN# as far as I can tell.
Another idea, with the A9 you could s-off then change MID and CID to match US dev edition (or whatever) then run the RUU for that
I've personally tried this on M9 (not A9) and was somewhat successful (Sprint radio was needed to get reception working).
Just a thought to get ride or that Sprint-ware....

Just flash the Verizon firmware using patched Odin
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s10/how-to/g975u-g975u1-firmware-links-t3905897
HD voice is just that, high def voice calls
VoLTE is what they term the entire thing, but that also allows data+voice
my unlocked s10 on verizon allows all, including wifi calling.
