Hi guys, I am having this problem... All the apps that can be moved to ext SD card, were moved but I still have too little space.
What can I do? I have my phone rooted and with mod ROM.

Install the INT2EXT script (INT2EXT4+) Works like a charm :good:
It links the internal memory of the phone with the ext partition. Tested on a 16GB Class 10 sdcard / 2GB class * sdcard

Just quick question, will this script swap internal/external sd correctly on my rooted Smasung S plus? I'm running out of space for games(especially those, as data for it is saved on internal sd) and applications.
If it won't, can you suggest anything better?
I've got 32gb microSD class 4(should be enough fast), in case it matters.

Simple, your phone must be rooted, make partition in your sd card and install script like a2sd, link2sd, s2e or anything else.

I was rooted my phone - ok , I was partitioned SD memory card 1st partition : 6GB fat32 and 2nd 1 GB , I was instal Link2SD and moved all all my apss to SD memory card but internal memory is still 181MB and used space is 120MB . In internal memory are instaled only : Link2SD 949kb , Market 9,1MB , SwiftKey 8.98MB , Transparent Weaher clock 7,52 MB . When i restore original settings on mai phone here was 25-30 MB occupated....What can I do for extra memory ?

Rather than move apps, link them, create link, link app+dex+lib of apps. Then reboot. Then using a root explorer go to data/local and delete '.apk' files of those you already linked, then reboot again. Done.

2nd partition formatted ext3?
You are confused, no app, script or kernel actally makes a bigger internal storage. Internal storage is limited by hardware not software.
Some scripts affect the way internal space is reported, to show like you have more, but its not actually giving you more internal storage, it isn't real.
A partition on your sd card can be used to store data that otherwise stays on the internal memory. All apps and scripts use this principle through slightly different methods, but none of them can actually give you a bigger internal storage size.

I install some gameloft games(modern comabt 3 and asphalt 7 and etc) and all memory of 5.5GB internal SD is gone ;( but I have 16gb class 10 SD card, I put in phone, but still my phone storage games data and pictures and etc to internal SD. Can I make that my external SD 16gb would be main SD? I came from galaxy ace phone, and there was internal memory just 170~ mb, so games data was storage into my SD card. :/ Can I found some zip update to solve my problem? By the way I'm using CM7 nighties latest ROM.

try using app2SD application from playstore.....
but, just be sure if that works normal with your games.usually works well with apps.it will install ur apps to External SD.
else try using the CM7 based ROMs which allow you to choose the external SD card as main SD by default. I would recommend to try Stefan''s Hybrid 3.7 if you want to take the CM 7 route...

You can change SD card mounting in settings! Perhaps in Settings,>App>debug and toggle out the internal SD as principal

internal sd 5GB/G drive/ is full & i cannot move the apps to external sd /16GB H drive/.
I have 2 big navi app on G: /tomtom,copilot/ & cannot move to H ???

shared internal storage, i think its a problem.
I find Directory Bind is a very useful little app for shifting app data onto the external SD card:

I found you have to check the "alternate dbase mgmt" option for it to work, but apart from that it works well to shift you big data directories wherever you want them.

Hi there.
After you make your SD card as adoptable storage, you have to go back to the Storage options and choose Move Data.
This will transfer all possible data from original internal phone storage to the new internal SD card storage.
Also have a good look at this awesome adoptable storage tool which enables you to create 2 partitions on the SD card, one for adoptable internal storage and the other partition for normal SD external storage allowing you as normal to use it to store music, pictures, videos, etc.

Alternatively if you are a root user, have a look at this amazing app which will allow you to link nearly all apps to your SD card and therefore free up most of your internal phone storage.

If you have rooted phone you could partition your sd-card to ext4 and fat32(this partition works as normal memory card).
Then you could download app like Apps2sd or link2sd and link(move) apps into the ext4 partition of the sd-card.

is not working for me. i have made this after inserting huawei shows only the fat32 partition for me 30gb and the rest of 30 gb isnt showing (ext4 )

1. select link apps
2. Create mount script
3. Reboot
4. Link apps to sd card
Also 30GB is probably way more than you would need. Probably 2-10GB would be enough.

Guys, i am about to start to use my old xperia SP. But after flashing a lineage 7.1 rom, i´ve noticed the low space on my internal memory. How do you guys make it through? How do you use your apps or games?
