Volume up + power till you feel 3 vibrations.this will shutdown your phone like removing the battery. Than try flashtool again.

I'm really sorry to bother you , but , i tried all the solution , whether pressing volume & power button and many other steps , it just won't work for me , my phone is like , totally no movement , no vibrate , black screen , no led , won't work. Only plugging in computer and unplugging have sound.
I don't know what to tell you but what i understand that you flashed a rom for S3 on your Xperia, that can hard brick your phone.
Did you plugged it to wall charger?no red light?

To enter flashmode, you need to push volume down while plugging the usb, if you hear a detected sound in your pc it means it worked. The phone itself won't do anything but it's connected in flashmode.

Press the power button and volume up for 10 -15 seconds.
it will vibrate once, that is like a restart
If you continue to hold for another 10 seconds it will vibrate 3 times. That is like pulling the battery.
Try turning it on after that

Have you flashed anything to the phone?
Have you rooted it?
Have you unlocked the bootloader?
If you dont know what these mean then you will not have done them.
Please plug the phone into the wall charger and leave it for a few hours then try the power and volume up button again. It is essential you leave the phone alone in this time.
Last question, when you press the power button and the phone is on charge does the red LED come on?

OK, try what I suggested. There may be other things that can be tried but if my phone behaved like that straight out of the box when I had not tampered with it I would take it back to the shop and demand a new one. Even we were to "fix" it via doing something on this site I would always be slightly worried I had a defective device.
Is it possible for you to return it?

Have you installed PCCompanion on your PC? If not google it, download and install it. Also, look in the first thread in the development section for a thread called flashtool. Follow the links in that and download and install flashtool. We will need them if we are to save your phone. Also, they are good to have for pimping your phone later...

Once done it will prompt you again.

If it doesnt work i will give you some more things we can try in the morning (I am inthe UK)

Last thing to try tonight
Download flashtool
Goto the installation folder and then into the driver folder.
Run flashtool drivers
Choose nx for ICS
tx driver
flashmode driver
fastboot driver
Then try again with pccomapnion.
If that does not work, download a stock FTF file from post 3 in the first thread of the Q&A section.Choose any file for the xperia t.
Open flashtool
Once downloaded, drag and drop the ftf file into the open window of flashtool.
When prompted attach the phone in flashmode (press volume down when attaching the usb cable)
Thats me for thenight now.
Let me know how it goes, but I wont be back untill the morning

hi all,
i have an xperia z c6603 lcoked,
i successfuly installed cwm on it, after that i tried to install a custon rom on it,
i enter recovery, wipped data/cache and installed from zip the zip
it wrote installed successfuly, without poping up the aroma installer (maybe this is my first problem, maybe i broked the stock rom )
but now when i'm trying to turn on / enter recovery nothing happend, only a blinking red led even when i puted it on charge
how can i fix this problem
Hold volume up + power for 10 seconds, then release them. Now, hold volume up and plug it into a PC via USB. You could probably use Flashtool now to flash a FTF file of your region. That should fix it.
thanks for your answer,
i have the blue led but usb not detected as debugging mod, will this work ?
should i worry about the led blinking ? i was on flashing roms on my old S3 , sony is more complicated ...
thanks dude

What was the last thing that did you do with your phone? Can you still boot it to flashmode? Or have you already installed all drivers for z1?

Try to use the emergency reboot place on the sim tray. the little red button. Did you also tried the combination Power + Volume up and Power + Volume down (Flashmode and fastboot respectively) while the flashtool is runnning?

yes , believe me , i've tried all that things you've said, and it still didn't work
Or have you tried a different cable? if thats not helped you, im affraid you must bring it to the sony repair. but there's one method you can still do, but you must proceed with caution since you will remove the back panel of your phone. see this link >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2646405
