Blink feed weather remove? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Is there a mod to remove the weather on blink feed?
Sent from my HTC One using xda premium

Like in the top right next to the clock? I don't think so yet but a rom will probably pop up with that option at some point...

I agree
I want to remove the clock and the weather!

What weather app puts a widget in your notification tray?

I'm not sure why I'm having so much trouble finding it.
I saw pictures of one that looked really clean on the GN

I use weather bug elite. Puts notification in the notification tray and status bar if you choose. Also has a pretty decent widget.

Elecont Weather adds various status icons. I only use the sky conditions icon in order to keep my display clean. Elecont also allows you to choose from symbol (seen in the screen cap) or picture icons.
Here's a shot with multiple Elecont icons:
AccuWeather works well, and it has a nice widget in the notification tray.

If you're using sense 5.5 the option is already there. Just pinch the homescreen (as if you wanted to add a widget) and click the "Blinkfeed On" button on the top left which will change to "Blinkfeed Off"

Sense 5.5 lockscreen

Why has the option to modify the lockscreen look gone away? I know you can swipe to the right to add widgets but the way it was before on sense 5 was great. You had a choice of lockscreen styles and the option to add widgets right to the front page of the lockscreen. I wonder if this is just an error in the leak and if the one maxx still has these options on its sense 5.5...

I had the same issue. Use this app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jraf.android.nolock&hl=en
Finally gets rid of the annoying lockscreen.
