Don't flash
Extract via any root file manager, inside zip system>app>lockscreen3.apk will there(only this apk is needed) and copy it to root>system>app>and change the permission and reboot
Take a backup of default 4x lockscreen3.apk
I'm installed in stock v20a jb
When you reboots your device you will see STARTING APPS every time after bootanimation, go to root>system>app and lockscreen3.odex then rename it to lockscreen3.bak and reboot twice

I have official v20a esa version and it's working
It's simple that replace the lockscreen3.apk and changing the permission rw-r-r , deleting lockscreen3.odex and reboot

Do it on PC. It is not suppose to be installed via phone. You need Odin to install it.

I also got that error when i tried to unzip it. Instead of winrar which gave me similar error I've done it with 7zip.

Do you use custom kernel? Did you change some system app? Changed SystemUI, framework-res.apk etc...
Flash it with Odin.

Do not use the hacked pc suite when downgrading, you'll be stuck on LG logo with morning call empty error. Use the flashtool.

Isn't this just a fancy GUI for selecting a governor?
It is for userspace governor I guess.. the problem is guys, the JB lge-res doesnt have that option to enable it.. god where as it is present for P990 which is a dual core phone.. and it works on that too..

Someone in xda android have posted the command to run this app from terminal manually....
Im running JB v20a, currently enabled the EcoMode and it seems to save me more juice than before...from my observation, enabling this mod will adjust the cpu usage of core 2 and core 3...as i see most of the time only core 0 and core 1 are running when enable the ecomode
