I'd like to buy an Xperia V to my gf but i can't make sure it has hungarian language in the factory rom.
Is someone can give me information about?

Android have many languages, so i think yes, it will be also.in hungarian.

I knew the same.. I did never see android phone without many languages, but in some hungarian webshop they writes there is no hungarian menu in the phone... I think they just mistake..
If it is on stock JB on Xperia T, it's surely on Xperia V

It is possible to, but requires very talented devs like free Xperia team to write down all drivers from scratch.

Guys, I was wondering if I get 4.2.2 JB update for Xperia T,TX,TL and V. I will get some features like Stamina Mode, New LockScreen and many more. Now, I'm starting development about porting stock 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with 4.2.2 stock ROM that I was got from Doomlord 4.2.2 Leak on this link :

If you want to help me to develop porting stock 4.2.2. Please someone help me to change something like :
-Editing ramdisk on kernel
-Building kernel with 4.2.2 Support
-Will support for T,TX,TL and V

i decompiled home.apk but i cant seem to find the SDK version.i will keep looking.lowering it may help.also there are xhdpi resources in app so no need for resizing
Edit:lowering the sdk version to 16 (4.1.1)doesnt seem to get it working.
So it's impossible??

Yep butt there are other features of the launcher that cannot be ported so the whole launcher itself must be ported by e nice developer )

That's why I said lol.nice developer or not.it needs 4.2.2. lowering sdk to 16 was our only chance and it didnt work
Ps:i have already talked to xperia tipo, p,and ion developers.we all put project aside for now. But I hope it gets ported.i really like new launcher

U can translate any Chinese thing u wanna know and try to understand, that way u will have a free study Chinese language . or u can just fake it and tell our friends u learned Chinese xD sorry just kidding I don't know
