Rom suggestion - Samsung Galaxy Mini

hello guys i would actually like some help with rom suggestions I am confused between cm7,cm9 or cm10
am looking for a custom rom that has
1-good call quality(speaker and mic quality during calls like stock)
2-battery life
3-stable rom
4-must be able to use some link2sd script to increase internal memory.
(P.S. i am just asking rom suggestions am not asking for the best rom here so its not against xda rules)

cm9 and cm10 have some bugs..go for cm7 better battery life no bugs

CM 7+.. Has speed.. smoothness.. stability.. kinda perfect for our mini.. Was using a variant of CM 10.1.. Very heavy and laggy for daily use on our mini if u have many apps.. As above, I suggest CM 7 too..

Best ROM and similar threads are not allowed by xda rules. Anybody can test ROMs, so nobody has to tell which one has less bugs, because all bugs are written in the threads.

[Q] Which of the custom rom availble for GSM GT-P1000 is best?

Mate, the rule is, DON'T ASK.... Everyone has their own idea and this could become a slugfest over whats best. The chefs all give you information about whats in their rom, its up to you to decide if you want it...
Read through the last few pages if you want to know what the latest "problems" are with the rom as the chef or others post fixes as they find them...
Roothammer
Roothammer has developed a custom ROM which is pre rooted, i think it is the best
Test them, the one you'll like is the best.

Overcome ROMS are probably the most stable (Jupiter is the latest and very nice is is too)
I'm currently evaluating BOCA 1.5 and although it is still has a couple of issues such as movie recording not working and the Ext SD card not being visible until removed & reinserted, I am sticking with it because is seems twice as fast than the Overcome roms (probably due to the JIT compiler being enabled). V2 of BOCA promises to fix these isses and provide more goodies.
But you won't really know until you try them.

fellow cebuano here buddy. am running overcome jupiter and happy running it. but BOCA is faster and snappier i guess. the only problem is CM bugs apply so choose wisely. better try both ans see for yourself.
diz (the developer of BOCA) is a friend of mine. lol

[Q] What is the best stable & fast gingerbread rom out there for galaxy s i9000?

Hi all,
I'm using GT-I9000 n m running the gingerbread 2.3.4 XXJVR, i guess its a samsung stock leaked rom. M having great deal of problems dealing with the bugs n there r lots of them. M in search of a good stable fast rom for my daily use. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Usman Khan.
I am very happy with the ROM V3.5 Amestris [XXJVR], fast and more importantly stable
I suggest you to try Tornado ROM.. Simply the fastest, smoothest, the most stable and with good battery life. I know this sounds overrated, but if you try you won't regret
..
Try miui its a great rom, looks great, stable
Why exactly couldn't you have just read one of the six or so threads on the first couple pages alone of this forum that ask the exact same question? It is all just a game anyway, each person will tell you their rom is best.

Try Juwes Smart Edition or Tweaky Rom Hassle free fast stable and smooth roms.
Guys,
This question is purely subjective and has been asked MANY times before.
The only real way of knowing is to flash and try some roms out, isnt that why your here after all?
Have an adventure and try some stuff out

[Q] Lightwight, smooth rom

Hi!
My mothers smartphone (the ace) gets crazy. It doesn't stop telling her that it doesnt has enoughts internal storage. She asked me to do something about it several times but i didn't know what to do (I can't make the storage bigger).
Now it nearly sopped working. I decided to reset & root it, maybe use Link2SD after that.
Now what is the best, lightwight ROM? My mother doesnt play much with settings or something like that. She mainly uses the ace for sms, whatsapp and calls.
Any recommendations?
i recommend you cm7 official or unofficial. these roms are the best for galaxy ace. best performance, great battery life (with firekernel) and smoothest!:good:
Here are some of the ROMs you would like
Flash the below given ROMs only if u have GT-S5830
Don't flash the below given ROMs if you have GT-S5830i.
The "i" version is not compatible with the below given ROMs.

1.S'periance Final --->>Here
2.SGSII JB ROM v11.2 ---->>Here
3.NVKY SGS3 JB v4.1 ---->> Here

This is like a best ROM thread. But don't worry, I won't report. I know how it is to be new to a world and never being helped on repeatedly asked questions . You'll eventually learn everything and will definitely help other users ahead. Just read the xda rules completely once and recommend reading it to every new user you come across. Have a nice time

[REQ] rom with no bugs

can any one give a rom that has no bug because ihave read some post about roms that has a bug like camre, wifi etc.
i have rooted my phone and iwant some rom thats not heavy and is smooth thanx
also some steps on how to's:fingers-crossed:
Im currently trying Mardon ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212438 so far I didn't run into any problems and its running well.
I would suggest you try a many roms and then decide which on is best for you, its hard to tell. Some people want performance others want battery life etc.
Good luck!
I want to be rich, to have a Ferrari parked opposite my house and to eat gold every day....
Never ask for the best rom... and similar questions, if you want a bugfree rom build it yourself if not help devs testing roms and reporting bugs.
You are new here, PLEASE READ RULES BEFORE POSTING NOTHING AND USE Q&A THREAD FOR ASKING THIS KIND OF QUESTIONS
Thank you

Maclaw's AOSP
Since i discovered Maclaw's 4.2.2 AOSP i will never go back to something else then a Maclaw one, there aren't any bugs so far and is without a doubt the fastest smoothest JB rom for our Ace out there.

Try search for stocklite or stockrom evolution.

I prefer CM 7.2 based roms than CM10 or stock based because in my opinion, It is by far the most stable and battery friendly. CM10 is faster and smoother, but I prefer stability and battery consumption. I haven't tried CM9 yet, but when I find time, I would surely love to test it out.
Rom without bugs
Stock rom is the best if you dont want any bugs, if you want an ics rom, then choose for the maclaw rom.

Hi guys! I have a question on stock roms..

I've been away from the S3 mini section on Xda for a while now, so I'm fairly unaware on the latest roms available and what they're like.
I've decided to give the S3 mini to my dad as his entry into the Android world..
Can you lovely experienced users advise me on the latest roms available? The last I knew, Benz rom and dmod were the best and most stable versions and had the best features.
My dads not as experienced as I am so once I give him the phone I'd like for the phone to be very stable and have good battery life versus performance.
Suggestions please?
I hear Tyson made a rom. Hey fella

There are a lot of ROMĀ“s dude...
Some like CM, others SlimBean, ....
I prefer debloated and deodexed ROM with init.d support just like somin.n ROM or Virginity
Try it by yourself.
If you want to keep for phone stable to give it to your dad, then stick with stock or something like benzrom or dmod.
My personal suggestion is that you go for Maclaw's CM 10.2, which has the best battery life, an improved kernel and, well, it is android 4.3
If you wanted to try the latest features, but not final version yet, you could try Maclaw's CM 11. It's a great rom, that works flawless in our devices. Nevertheless, it stills has some small bugs that will be solved in future releases.
The link to maclaw is maclaw.p , give it a try!
PS: remember to flash gapps!
