How to add langeage to android

Hi,
Im new to android.
maybe somone can tell how to add latvian language to android?
cos the phones that are sold in store have latvian language.

Search for more locales 2 on market.

ok,
I did search on market , but there is only softkeyboard wich I could not get working.
but seems 2.3 has latvian language built in and many more.
so waiting for 2.3 to port .

[APP][Patch] Native Arabic Keyboard for WP7 - 18/01/2011 -[V]- 1.0.0

I am not a developer. I am an ordinary person that like to share his work to other.
I was annoyed by not being able to write arabic letters in Windows Phone 7. So I have decided to make a new one.
This application is completely based on denominator77 work for Russian Keyboard patch V1.6.0. I have just replaced Russian layout with Arabic layout.
The program alters Spanish or German keyboard into Arabic one.

This patch is only a layout, it doesn't not solve RTL problem.
To enable the Arabic Keyboard, go to settings -> Keyboard, and enable Spanish Keyboard - German Keyboard if you didn't find the Spanish one -
Please back up your data on your mobile before applying this patch.
This patch is tested on HTC HD2 running WP7. I haven't tested it on any other mobiles.

I saw the Hebrew keyboard, asked the dev on how to make it arabic.
He said just edit the *** file into arabic letters. but i couldn't find that *** file

your screen shot shows that it doesn't have any problem with rtl,
because when i installed the original one, i have problem with that,
persian language is showing from Left to Right, i mean vice versa, but you don't have, do ya?
i tried to install your version but it didn't work on HD7 , it said that it doesn't find suitable patch for my phone,

Installed on HTC Titatn with unlocked ROM 8858, working. However still have the issue with letters are not connecting and LTR. Thanks for your effort.

yes .. it will make font support. will be able to display and view correctly.. but to write in arabic you need keyboard that support it..
you can install keyboard that support rtl such as Swiftkey and download arabic support from within the app to be able to write in arabic.

only via market seems no update for arabic hope you found any thing like that please let me know

You Can Search in Google i have been red that some one did it by embedded Arabic keyboard in Spanish but a lot of bugs user feedback search in Arabic language not English
