You f***ked up your phone so no more recovery.
You have 2 choices:
1-do as i say before.
2-wait 10 years maybe the recovery will show up somehow

Please try fastboot-mode. Can you enter it? (press vol+ and plug in usb cable while pressing)
If so just use fastboot (tutorial: forum search) and flash a stock rom...
I think it's only a "softbrick" - no big deal to solve.
Good luck!

Here you'll find a lot of information to help you out with your xperia z, too.
Use fastboot mode, flashtool and a sony stock rom to solve the problem. You won't need a working recovery.
1st . Stuck at sony Logo
2nd . Cant Switch off
3rd . I cant flash any rom to my xperia z (ie: stuck when flashing content)
Help will be much appreciated
Just flash stock Rom using flash tool.
Also to turn off the device, hold power button and vol up together for few seconds

The Xperia Z has a hard shutdown option, hold down the volume up key and hold the power button, you will feel one vibrate keep holding the two buttons until you feel 3 vibrations, this is similar to a battery pull on devices with removable batteries.
Hope this helps if not, you will need to repair your phone with pc companion

what can i do i can't reboot in flashmood anymore !!!
Press volume up + power button and hold it until the phone vibrates 3 times and shuts down. Then either use flash tool or Sony repair on pc companion to restore stock firmware.

Please Read And Follow The Information Given in the Thread Below
Here is the link for the thread. [TUTORIAL] HOW TO FLASH STOCK ROMs WITH FLASHTOOL
Urgent. My Sony Z1 has rooted .681 version running fine for weeks. But trouble came today I tried to upgrade to .757. I had the flashable zip on the sd card, Booted into recovery mode then did a wipe and factory reset. Then in the installation process of .757, the phone reboots to SONY screen and freezes. I could only use Vol Up + Power button to turn it off. Then the next reboot, still freeze at the 1st second. It's been freezing for 15 minutes. It doesn't even vibrate at the SONY screen, so I cannot enter the XZDualRecovery mode. Please help.
The answer will no doubt be to flash a stock FTF using Flashtool. However, this is the Z section, so is the wrong place for your question.
The Z1 section is here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z1
