I didn't see single word about stock rom in op, anyway you can't get custom statusbar on stock...

You can apply theme if u got CM, AOKP or any AOSP ROM's theme options. Go to this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2116796.

But you can install CyanogenMod and then apply touchwiz 5.0 themes..,u can find them on play store.....

No, it isnt, original latest cm10.1 builds dont have tabletUI, and the phone UI is ugly on a tablet.

I themed framework for XS but Z1 and KK are something different...
I'll try to theme it to dark from framework and we'll see what will we get...
Just don't have enough free time to edit all apps one by one, editing framework is much more easier and faster way...

I think so. I'm still on 2.3 tho. Just have a Lollipop theme (refer to above link again).

Edit: My bad. I was looking into files in the magazine folder. Got the theme to work.
How do I apply the theme? Its format is .hwt and in the themes folder there are two themes with .apply extension. Changing the extension is of no use for me.

no, xposed has limited functionality and breaks theming engine. it is custom rom which which is very close to stock rom, however you have an option to change battery icons and add network speed in status bar. i am enclosing link where you can find more info, it is in chinese...
