Hi,
It's possible if the rom that you are about to flash is specifically made for your device. I've seen some xperia rom developed for samsung devices. Just be 100% sure that the ROM is developed for your device. If not, don't try to flash it, it may brick your device.

Ofcourse it's "Possible" this is android. But the amount of work required to port the kernel and framework makes unlikely.

Actually I don't mean that I can do it , but I meant that it is better to port one X rom than S3. Sorry

Yeah i know just messin with ya. Of course if One X rom pops out with everything working i will flash it with pleasure. Or CM9 in that matter. I realize that to put a rom together is a massive work to be done. And i still hope for a 100% One X or CM9 rom :fingers-crossed:
The very same question I had, do we know if there is a way?
Even if the HTC one could be ported successfully

Devices - 64Gb Asus Transformer Prime rooted .28 Stock ROM
HTC Sensation XL running 4.0.3 with Musketeer ROM Sense 4.0
Samsung Galaxy S Running 4.0.3
HTC HD2 Leo, overclocked 1.4GHz 1 Gb RAM 4.0.3 tytung ROM, long live the LEO legend
Frankly i don't like the S3 layout at all. The specs are awsome but S3 with CM9 or anything else would be great. Some options are ok i got to admit that.
And yet there are many tastes for rom's and etc.....
Im quite new here, very new. My question is the title and can i install any roms here from dev forum?

Sure you can flash any rom as long as you select the proper one for you, if your tab is just p1000 that mean any GSM rom is compatible with it, p1000c mean cdma, there are also other variants like p1000l and p1000n.
