[Q] whats the combination of 3 Button recovery mode for SL

Hi ,
My phone is unresponsive and m not able to even put the unlock code.
The phone seems to be responding to battery charge etc...but is unresponsive nay input...
What is the 3 button recovery mode key combination for i9003.
Plz help!!!

The three buttons are volume up + home + power key...when the phone vibrates release them...

Oh my god new thread for this question. No search or even not falex faq before posting.
People are very lazy and we should not support them.
Bro next time please search first. I know u want to know some thing but u will make this forum full of junk, if u start opening i new thread for each tiny question. And reading also better for you otherwise will get urself into some big trouble if u dont know ur device better.

Sometime's there's a reason why threads like this shouldn't exist when the FAQ cover's everything from the birth to death of the phone.

Remove the battery and press all three button during this process insert the battery, wait for vibration and leave after 2 or 3 seconds from vibration.
This worked for me..:good::good:

My Volume Buttons dont work an i wanted to ask if its possible to Change the Volume without using the Buttons.
Or where can i get this cable from the Buttons in europe?
Would be very thankful when somebody could help ...

I know this is a very late response but for some reason I didnt see a comment that was worth it.
So there is an app for it lately

[SOLVED] HELP!! Phone stuck at off screen

Hi All,
I tried switching off my phone but it is stuck at the shutting down screen and is unresponsive!! How do I reset it?

EDIT: Well I held the power-off button and the volume up simultaneously for 5 seconds and that did the trick! LOL

LOL it just happened to me also like 20 minutes ago.
tried power off, nothing, tried power off + vol up and bingo.. that moment of WTF?

Yeah, it was a WTF moment!!

I know you've solved the issue but to keep everything in line all cries for help or questions belong in Q&A not General, I even made a thread about it
It also helps being here so when people also have this issue and thinking of posting their question about it here they'll see it.

So just want a bit of clarification,im pretty set on gettin this device just have a question since we cant remove the battery...
the way to hard shut down the device is to press power button and volume up ??
I'm scared of not being able to hard shut down ( in any stage of the boot for example) with no battery

[Q] HTC Logo as home button

Hi everyone
I have tried to search and the search function is down. Does anyone know whether the HTC logo can be mapped as the home button, or can anyone point to a kernel / ROM that allows this?
Mapping the HTC Logo as the menu button isn't much use to me as it's the home button and back button that are causing me so much grief.

Seems pressing the HTC logo is actually just a cheat and it's actually just pressing the bottom edge of the screen and is incredibly annoying so illl not be using that mod.

well..if u still havent realized the htc logo isnt really a phisical button..

My power button is broken is there a way to turn it on . i read an saw some videos on the web that it was possible with some phones using a JIG is that also possible on htc one or other methods to force boot. Please help

poke something in the hole to turn it on..then install viperx and in tweaks use volume key to wake it

can you please be more specific about this because my powerbutton is really broken and cant poke something in it i allready open the backpanel and push the little (dot) button and still no power. Is there no other programs to force start it. like using JIGS for s 2

Try holding one of the volume buttons while pressing power. A friend of mine had the same problem and we found this workaround accidentally.
No idea why it worked.

Thx for the tip but allready did that ant dont work. I also allready open the back cover for better pressing. is there maybe something that i can do with my pc that can force start it ? i saw something in youtube for the galaxy s2 they was using a JIG and a another way was using a flash software. Is there something like that for the htc one. please im desprate
