[Q] getting force force close on some apps like google maps when i start my phone...

hello i am getting force close error on some system apps like google maps...how can i fix thi?do u have to wipe dalvik cache?will wiping dalvik cache format my phone?

which rom are u using?

stock rom

dalvik wont wipe your phone it wipes the main cache that apps run from.
if your rooted best option would be to clean dalvik from recovery and reboot. it will take alot longer to boot, once booted i would suggest using rom manager and fix permissions. then allow it to reboot, if not reboot it yourself and it should sort its self out

I've just flashing new ROM. then,got this problem when want to download new apps. i doing some research and found several options on how to fixed it.
Option 1
Enter recovery/advanced/fix permission
Option 2
1. Setting/Accounts & sync/Google
2. Unsync Gmail
3. Resync Gmail
4. Reboot
Option 3
1. Setting/Applications/All tab/Google Services Framework
2. Clear Data
3. Reboot
Option 4
1. Clear data on play store
2. reboot into recovery
3. Clear cache and dalvic
4. Reboot system

Hi, I have CM 10.1-20130320 - nightly, kernel 3.0.69-Semaphore_JB_2.9.15.
On my device I see this notice: " Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped."
Can somebody say me, what it meens and how can I remove this notice, or fix problem, that causes this?

Do a factory reset.

Try wipe cache and dalvik cache from recovery.

[Q] Android is upgrading message

Yesterday my phone restarted automatically and I noticed all my messages has been deleted. After that, when I try to reboot, after boot animation it shows "Android is upgrading". This appears every time after reboot. Can anyone help me what's the problem? I didn't do anything lately.

fix permission n retrieve back ur dalvik cache from system, (ur dalvik cache maybe set to integrated with system, so change back to its place with tb n fix permission.clear unneeded dalvik cache also
