Yes it is 2.2. The clock in one of the screenshots(with launcherpro) is found on xda, if thats what confused you.

Same here!

Ok my bad for jumping on you without checking the zip,screenshot shows an app that is not developer friendly. Promotion of such apps is not good.
Still I standby my words of at least trying to get permissions from the apps developer to include the app in a rom.
Also you could do so much more in reducing the bloat on this if you looked into things a little deeper.
I welcome all new roms so long as the effort is put into making it different from the norm.

You would be wise to learn rules and common etiquette regarding xda and developement.

Its seems like there is a tonne of paid apps in here. I havent looked either, but looking at the screenshots it seems that way.

That was just an insult that I couldn't tolerate. Kylon is great at what he does. He had tried his level best in cooking such great roms. And about what you mentioned about links to his previous work, if you want I can upload it and give it to you. Hope I wasn't rude. I was just trying to be pretty straight

Yep just done the same lol. But there is nothing special here, this could be stripped so much without any issues.
I tried download twice straight after my op, both failed!! Did otf get to his zip and edit it before a successful download was made by us? And removed some apks? Mmmmmm I guess we will never know.
Was online at time of post ...........now gone lol.
I will now go edit my rant. Lol.

Don't be so stupid...........
This could possibly be the start of another great rom for the wildfire. Probably not but still give the guy a chance before you jump down his throat. I know i normally jump on the bandwagon or even start it rolling when so called devs open threads with something we already have but apart from some silly mistakes in the op (*****ing about other roms bugs and saying this is the smoothest experience) i can't see anything wrong with him posting a new stock rom. Just think if people didn't take stock roms or stock aosp roms and modify them you wouldn't have cm, miui, lewa, mokee os etc etc
I'm not saying this rom will be the next *any of the above* as thats impossible for one man to create from a froyo rom but give him a little chance.
Only thing i'd ask the mods to do is delete every post in this thread except the first few......

I hear what your saying there scratch, I agree on giving him a chance. As ive said if its got something different! Then why not. On looking at the rom its not got any special twists or turns I'm afraid. As we both know sense roms are somewhat the easier to mod and make look quite unique to our likings. I still wish otf the best of luck with this though.
I also + 1 on mods to delete all posts baring initial op and lets start again.

Sorry guys, I'm no developer. I'm just 17..I just wished to share my try on a perfect rom. As the world caters to bright pages I designed the first one. However it's upto u to have it or forget it. Really sorry about blackmart. But almost all the apps I have are free. Hope u treat it as a way u would have expected had it been ur first thread.
Edit: Hello all, at first I didnt get what u guys were saying. Now I get it. I need to clarify. This zip never contained any paid/free apps. Im educated at least till this level. The screenshots are my personal!! Hope u understand this and change your posts. Pl consider this. And im not a stupid person to change zips so fast as someone said earlier.

How and what to do!
1) Triple wipe - data/cache/dalvik cache
2) Flash this ROM
3) Reboot

5) reboot (it may hang a bit over her now, but dont worry, its just temporary)
6) go to settings>accesibility>tick everything
7) Install iPhone lock screen in magiclocker.( link below)
8) All set.

Please change Rom name to something else. you cannot have 2 roms with the same name in the title.
Screenshots must be added before uploading the new thread....so get them done now.
Changelog must be completed on every uploaded version...so wheres the first one?
You say much much more....please host everything that you have changed..
I'm not picking fault but these are the rules.

Now i have to say what i know and feel.....if you don't like then sorry.
A Changed ROM it is.........Its Farrago in new colors!
Swap old Apk's and New themeing is all thats i can see.
Internal wise is BBX/FARRAGO original.
To users that wish to use this.....bear in mind its Farrago in disguise!
PS i don't have to...if you guys listen to me and follow the thread lines you may understand it more..

You see our team's main person (vigoos) has developed and tweaked build.prop to a very good place.. some more development under processs and testing! So, its basically the best as of now which is already available in farrago! -_-

Introduction!
Hello everyone, this is my first rom and all i can say now is that i want to make a rom based on Beautiful Design. We have a lot of roms but it's always the same thing, stock or AOSP and this is not good. We have MIUI but it's not 4.2.2 and is very buged and have only english or chinese language. We have a theme engine on AOPS but it's just for system, not app, so i decided to make my own rom and it's called...Luna, a rom based on design, i'm actually theming all system and apps inside to my perspective of clean design, so i hope people enjoy. Expect Week builds but don't ask about when i will release cuz i'm not a big developer, i'm here to learn, i'm a pro designer not an developer as i said. I want to make a new ROM CATEGORY, based on design, based on your opinion, BE SOCIAL!

Thanks pal, i'm actually theming all apks, i know it's not much now but i think i included nice features for the first release XD, so i'm progressing, so expect more things coming in the end of july 2.

installed this and so far so good, No problems. No lags which is something I have found to happen on some CM based roms. Battery seems quite good so far but will give it a couple of charge cycles before I confirm how good it is
only query I have is do you know on the camera if there is a way to save your pictures to the external sd rather than internal as I cannot find that setting.

As you know Google Edition phones don't have option to save on external SD card, so i'm waiting until the user TheUnkn0wn that ported AOPS camera to SIII to release new 4.3 update and i will include that and replace the one leaked from S4.

Why do you have to use superwipe, isn't just "clean to install a new ROM" in Philz recovery enough like in everyone else's ROMs?
And are the Gapps posted here themed or just like the others, because I'd rather flash my own light gapps but I don't want to loose anything that you've done

As i said, i begin theming but it's not released, this is like others from Cyanogemod and about Super-Wipe script, if you are an advance user you can wipe in your way, i just trying to help people newbie and preventing problems that people with super-wipe don't have. You know, Wipe everything and you will not get error!

Haha you are welcome, if you like some camera that is compatible to CM10.1 you can say to me and i can include that for you. I'm thinking about include AWESOMENESS Motorola CAMERA, but i'm not quite sure if people like it. can you feed back me with some camera compatible with AOSP and that have SD card option?

Oka good, just flashed. So far so good, no lagging and you don't have that bug that makes settings crash when uninstalling apps like some other CM based roms! Would you want to consider compiling this ROM with Linaro for extra performance boost? :fingers-crossed:

I'm not a pro developer XD, BUT i'm here to learn, i will read about linaro and i will see what it is but i'm sure that i won't add undervolt or overclock, you can do this taping 7 times on build number, developer menu appears as well as overclock and performance menu, but i want to say that my rom is for newbie people, that drive crazy when the rom have a lot of options and settings and they don't know what to do. I want to make things simple and beautiful
As much as i know about Linaro, it is ARM optimization? I will learn more about and see what i can do

have you tried MIRROR link? Mirror is mediafire. If you know another good site, you can share with me and i can upload to that website if it support 300MB or more

Yea I know that stuff and it's good that you're focusing on design, because pretty much all AOSP roms look exactly same. And yes, Linaro is just that

Okay, so i'm saving offline Linaro instructions cuz i will have to go out home, and i will learn about and if possible (and i want to do it) you will see it. Yeah, all AOSP and CM10.1 based is the same thing, i'm theming Apollo and Dialer for now, it's a hard progress but i can expect all major apps themed at least before july end. I'm theming with own artwork with photoshop and my Wacom Bamboo tablet designer XD :highfive:

Download and install Xposed framework Here.or direct download Special Thanks to @rovo89

Download and install any theme from this thread what you want.
Open Xposed installer click "Install/Update".
Click "Modules" Tab and enable "XThemeEngine".
Click XThemeEngine and select "Choose theme".
Choose "Any Theme" and "click apply theme".
Soft reboot.
Enjoy.

I think I need to revisit those themes I previously ported. Many things have changed for the better especially for Xperias.

So far, from the themes I've tried the xTe_port_Crystal_2 theme looks freaking awesome! A lot of icon changes!

I agree mate, OP should write a big banner that all the credits are due to the original creator of the theme, the porting part is easier.
Even of course the permissions were granted on those who asked to port it. It is still a good courtesy to mention and thanks the original creator again on this thread. Since this will be flooded with ported themes very soon.
Again, CREDITS to the original creator of the themes, we're like borrowing something only from them.
All themers I know are very kind and they easily give permissions when asked for a port.
Kudos to them.
Edit: And OP, as much as possible add a link to the original theme thread and also one for the ported theme(if have any separate thread).

I did NOT authorize my themes being ported over... Not even a PM asking if this could be done... This thread needs to be removed or my content removed at the very least! Post reported!

Actually maximum developers are unknown for me,I have collected those themes from here and there.Thats why i added that line "Time to time developers credit will be mention" if you guys will help me i can add credits and original thread links .

you removed them and i can care less where you got them... nobody gave permission to port my work and nobody gave permission to post a thread with my work... you sir are in violation of xda rules here... i'm pretty certain that you just put together this thread trying to help but w/o asking each dev their permission for posting ported work, there will be issues with some...

[GUIDE][MIUI] Bypassing 2014 theme policy.

For those that might not know, starting 2014 FREE MIUI themes can't be applied anymore. MTZ files shared in communities like this will not work, however with the help of a couple of apps developed here in XDA it is still possible to ignore the policy.
Before posting this small guide I would like to know if it goes against the rules; I'm going to try to contact a mod before continuing. It's something I discovered by mere chance a couple of days ago and I want to share. MIUI is a great ROM, I have been using it for more than a month but without being able to customize it it really doesn't excel in any way.

Also, I'm not signed in my Xiaomi account. I do not know if this is relevant or not.
1. Install Xposed Framework (Thread Link), (Download Link). I'm currently running app version 2.4.1
2. Install WSM Tools (Thread Link), DO NOT LET IT INSTALL THE FRAMEWORK; we already have it. (Note: Installing the framework from within WSM Tools caused a bootloop for me). I used app version 2.1.5
3. Use WSM Tools only to download the module named Mi-Tools; download module version 1.8 (THIS IS IMPORTANT).
Be aware that you will need to reboot your phone a couple of times during the installation of the apps. Pay attention when you are required to do so. After this you should be able to import MTZ files from the SD card and no authorization will be required to apply themes.
These are the steps that worked for me, now I'm able to customize my ROM again.

What if you want to share your theme with your family and friends? No worries, each designer can have 10 beta team members, which means a designer can share his theme with 10 people without uploading it to MIUI Themes Store. However, if you want to share it to more users, designers will then need to upload the theme to the public. This is done so again to protect designer’s copyright. I'm aware of the policy, I have read it. The problem with the policy is that FREE themes, the ones from the official page (http://en.miui.com/thread-8880-1-1.html) cannot be applied anymore. Editing themes is worthless now because to get a designer account, you need to submit:
* ID Card number.
* ID Photo.
* Permanent address.
* Bank statement.
Those are very sensitive information submitted to the MIUI staff, and you need to get reviewed and approved.

Great contribution to the community.
I've been using since my first Miui Galaxy S and is generally the rom that I like.
Recently without the possibility to enjoy the themes he had lost all the charm and now thanks to this we can again enjoy Miui as it deserves.

no, its not as hard as you think. I've registered to the designer.xiaomi.com, and those steps is not as complicated as you think.
The ID card photo is you can put any photo, as long as it is your face, any images would be fine. But what you meant by the ID number? the ID number is the MIUI Forum ID. You can get it when you joined the forum, and it is for free.
There is a reason why they created that policy, it is for avoid duplication, kang, stolen, misuse, for MIUI themes.

you can still enjoy the theme as many and as long as you like. Same as before. But the developer of the theme need to upload his/her work to the market, thats all. And it is very easy. And we or even me, as the designer/developer, it will be our responsibility to follow the rule. It for the user's own good. As the policy stated, only the theme that is in build or testing progress which is no need to upload to the market, but only will be authorized for 10 people/friends. If they want more, then he/her needed to opload to the market.

Sharing an alternative way to apply a .mtz file does not go against any policy

Personally I think this a great contribution to the community and I couldn't care less what MIUI says.

I wonder why I got bootloop when I tried to install the framework from WSM.

Running MIUI on my Kindle Fire (Gen 1 - Otter), when I install either Xposed Framework or WFS Tools Framework, both give me bootloops, unfortunately. I even tried them independent of one another with the same result.
Device: 1st Gen Kindle Fire (Otter)
MIUI: miui_otter_3.12.27_4.2.2.zip

Not really, I was running MIUI V5 4.1.17 at the time. Before updating to that version I was running 4.1.3 with JBX-Kernel Hybrid, however I did a dirty flash.

I have an Hongmi Red Rice WCDMA with MIUI v5 JHBCNAL5.0, I wanted to install 'MIUIv5_MiroEx_v2.4.0_MiuiV5' icons and everything went ok!

Latest 1.9.2 Mi-Tools can be used as well to bypass the theme authorization. Which has by the way new notification badges.
The op seems to force using version 1.8.
It works even if you have the xiaomi account active. I wouldn't mind registering at the theme designer site, yet the site won't open.. So :angel: I break their policy!
