EAI personnel, can someone tell me what is the latest ROM FOR OFFICIAL MODEL WITH C5303 LTE?
CAN PASS ME THE LINK? The 284 IS JUST FOR C5302?

Btw: an ftf is usually a complete dump and not just the kernel.

The thread says it's only tested for 9.1.B.1.67 and 9.1.B.0.411. But you might want to install a newer firmware anyway while you are at it. Isn't 7.0.A.3.212 ancient? (not sure, because I have a T - and the 7-series firmware versions for the T were still Ice Cream Sandwich).

I just want to root it.....

No I was asking because I want to flash the stock 4.1 ROM as it was faster than 4.3 and 4.2
So should I pick any 4.1 stock ROM or should I search for MEA virsion?

HI!!
you need to flash rooted 4.3 ROM by recovery that means you need to install recovery in 4.2.2 the flash 4.3 ROM
