screen mirroring not working

can some one help me the issue with my screen mirroring. i am using xperia tx rooted and deodexed with honami full frame work. its showing devices to mirror but saying failed to connect

[Q] Water damaged Xperia Z Camera & lock button replacement

can anybody tell me whether we can clean the Xperia Z ?
My xperia Z got damaged in June & after that it was got dead.:crying:
but now it has started after 6 months but the only thing is lock button,vibration is not working & camera is taking too much noisy picture.
so can anyone help in this
can you think opening the xperia Z by watching the dissembling video & cleaning or replacing the button assembly will help me ?
can changing the rom will help in camera improvement ?

[Q] Xperia Z - Sensors Info

Hi all,
I Have a Xperia Z and I'm having some problems,
apparently the Gyroscope, Compass, and Proximity SENSORS are not working.
Now, I have another non-working Xperia Z from where I can recover parts, my question is this, can anybody provide some info where are these sensors located.
Below is an image of the Z with the back opended, Please anybody mark in red circles these Sensors,

I Also have the same problem with the sensors. It started happening after I updated to Android 4.4.4, version 10.5.1.A.0.283
If you read in the Sony Forums, there's a lot of people having the same problem.
I'm trying to solve this issue with Sony people

[Q] "Pimp my Z1" Glove Mode - how does it work?

Hey all!
I've been rooting away lately and came across this app, Pimp My Z1, with built in "glove mode" enabler. However, whatever I do this does not seem to work. The other Pen Mode toggle works perfectly though. I've seen that the Z1 Compact has a toggle in Display Settings but the Z1 doesn't - not even after enabling in the app. On the Compact I noticed some hover functionality that was already hard to reproduce in the time I held the device. But I cannot seem to make any glove functionality work on the Z1! :[
Do you know more about this Glove Mode? Please do share all of your knowledge.
P.S. I had seen an XDA thread for the Xperia SP which supposedly also has Glove Mode, and it would be enabled by unlocking the phone through gloves. But this doesn't work either on the Z1 (believe me, I have tried)

To be honest, I don't even think Glove Mode works on the Xperia Z1 then.
I've tried everything...

I think it's placebo effect....

Z1 had this mode in settings on 4.2 or 4.3 android, i cant remember, but since 4.4.4 its disabled and deleted from settings. dont know why.

I've never seen it in the Xperia Z1, and internet doesn't know about it either.
You sure you're not confused with the Z1 Compact? Because that phone does have Glove Mode (surprisingly).
P.S. once Glove Mode is activated, you will notice because large white circle surrounding the touches will appear. At least that's how it works on the Z1 Compact, so no placebo effects of thinking the display might be a little bit more sensitive. If it's activated, believe me, you'll notice...

Xperia XZ2 Pocket mode

Good day.
I'm an Xperia XZ1 Compact owner and have been trying some Xperia XZ2 Compact apps.
Found an app called 'pocket mode', that i would like to try, but i don't know if it works in my phome.
I have been searching in google any info about it, but found nothing. Has any Xperia XZ2 owner tried that?
Could you give me a simple description how it works?

Pocket mode disables the touch screen when the screen is off. I have run it since the beginning and it works well. No apps running unintentionally when I have has it in my pocket, unlike some other devices I have owned.
