How do I return my back to stock to send in to HTC for repair? And change hboot to locked
Also where can I find stock splash screen

It's in the FAQs thread right above this thread.

I did one points to ruu but I'll still be s-off and unlocked

Unsure about going from s-off to s-on but relocking the bootloader should be a simple adb command. I'm pretty sure the bootloader relock command is in the above referenced thread via a link.

Yea I know that but it will show relocked when HTC checks it

Search for a modified hboot then? I believe there are a few that will wipe the message, and you may be able to work from there. Relocking the bootloader would just be fastboot oem lock on most devices, but...
...you do remember that your device essentially is logged the moment you unlock your bootloader, right? HTC will know you unlocked the device because you needed their boot keys.
S-off with revone you can relock bootloader with it saying locked and revert back to s-on with simple commands found in 2nd post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2314582. Once done, you can run RUU

SO if I want to flash an RUU does my phone have to have a LOCKED bootloader?
Currently mine is unlocked and on the HTC One X I was not able to use RUU`s when my bootloader was unlocked.

What Eddy said but I'd like to add when I had s-off on my One XL that was no longer the case and I'm sure it's the same on the One but I haven't ran any yet to know for sure.

I created this forum to help return your HTC one to stock For OTAs or Warranty replacement. Although I do not recommended going through this just to get an OTA, I will Provide help when I can and a couple links that I felt useful. It is not my fault if you brick your phone, Obtaining (S-On) is a little more riskier than the latter...Do Not Attempt S-On if you have a custom Hboot or think you may have a custom Hboot because if you do and attempt S-on you will have an instant brick!

Here is a current link to all available Stock RUUs,OTAs and cmw and TWRP Nandroid backups. You will need to know your CID and baseband version
Fastboot getvar CID
Or
Fastboot getvar All (if you post delete you imei please!)

******* Using RUU
Step 1. Using the above link Locate the correct RUU for your device( sorry Tmobile as of today's posting no RUU is avalible)
Step 2 . Run the RUU( Bootloader doesn't need to be locked) this will flash stock Rom, hboot, recovery.
Step3. Lock bootloader
Fastboot oem lock
Step 4. Return S-on
Fastboot oem writesecureflag3
****** I know a lot of people think having a relocked bootloader voids your warranty, however this is false!!!
Mike 1986 wrote a great article about this...I will post it when I get his permission

For you insisting on having "Locked" instead of " relocked" and you used revone to S-off there is a method to change that here

I always s-off my devices. It makes sure that no matter what you can always root your phone. I do this with my parents phone. I root them and s-off and then unroot. Therefore if I were to ever sell the phone or need to root for some reason I would have that option. And yes a RUU will clear everything out, after you have relocked your bootloader
RUU won't relock your bootloader, AFAIK.
you need to do that via adb. However, it will say "relocked" not "locked"
That's where S-off comes in. It allows you to have the benefits of root (mods) and the benefits of stock (warranty).

Wow, thanks for that! Just curious, has anyone had a warranty claim denied by HTC simply because the bootloader said "Relocked?"

ARHD 40.2 downgraded my Hboot to 1.43 automatically...dunno if this is a wanted feature but I was on 1.54 before
Gesendet von meinem HTC One mit Tapatalk
EDIT: Sorry wrong thread, Tapatalk confused me Maybe it'll help you anyway. Yes, downgrading hboots is possible just search the forum. You'll find tutorials easily
EDIT2: I'm in good mood today, so check this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42379041&postcount=2
Remember to NOT go S-ON if you're using one of those custom hboots.
The fastboot commands for flashing the hboot are shown in the spoiler.
Read the post complete and carefully before flashing...seems like flashing hboots isn't that harmless if done the wrong way

With HBOOT 1.54, as far as I know: No.
You should be able to user rumrunner S-Off instead.
