Patching Kernel

Hey mates,
Do anyone of you know how to applay a patch to a kernel ?
Just compiled a arco's 2.6.35 kernel from Github and would like to add gouvernator or bigmem patch, but don't know why..

Can someone please give me the links to all the kernels for cm10.1 , compatible with the latest Jenkins build ? Thanks in advance !

Atleast one with a good battery life ? In the current cm10.1, battery jumps from 100 to 68% in no time.

Swap and Zram

Can CM kernel support swap and zram ?
Currently it does not support that.

I guess it does, as cocore does, just enable it

No, a custom kernel may implement this though, however there's really no need for it
