Okay so here is my situation. I had rooted my phone. s-off, super cid and had rom installed. All was working fine until today when I installed goo manager and then phone just restarted itself. Keeps on getting to htc bootup screen and then restarts again. I have tried flashing ruu to reset everything but still getting the same. Can anyone help?

x1 keeps restarting after flashing

well heres the problem. i flashed a new rom on my x1. first i tried the sd card method, but i kept getting no image error. so i resorted to using the ruu utility that came with the rom.the first rom i tried, it did not go beyond the SE logo at the startup and kept restarting. so i tried another rom, this time around it booted, but kept restarting at different parts of the initial setup. any help would be appreciated. thanks!
edit: it booted up completely now, but restarted again.
well tried flashing another rom. again, barely boots up before restarting. please anyone, HELP!

Possibly bricked ?

Hey yall!
So I'm brand new to android and flashing. I unlocked with htcdev, rooted, and then installed stock rooted deodexed so that i could be
able to sim unlock from what I read in another thread. Currently running 4.3. After I installed the rom and rebooted I get the htc brilliantly screen
followed by the sprint logo, then back to an htc logo. Then the home screen shows but when you swipe to unlock it goes straight to a white screen
with htc logo in green. Then keeps rebooting itself. I tried flashing new roms and kept doing the same to all except Ecliptic. I didn't know about the s off or on thing so I checked and the phone had s on. I used rum runner and it worked so now its s off. All adb, fastboot, drivers, and other files are up to date. I started to flash using adb sideload because I couldn't get to move the file over to internal storage on pc. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hey,
Well.. I too got the same thing recently lol..
Download RUU and run it. Take backup of all your apps, etc from your sd card as RUU wipes everything!
You aren't bricked if you can still get I to your boatloader and recovery. Easiest thing would probably be to start over with a RUU. You have to relock your bootloader then run the RUU. Then you can unlock and try to flash a Sprint Rom. Watch out flashing gsm or non sprint roms though. THAT can brick your device

thanks for the replies. I'm going to relock the bootloader and run RUU utility to get back to stock. I'll then retry to load a new rom later on in the day if this works.

[Q] HTC One M7 keeps restarting

So my phone just keeps restarting after 10 or so seconds. It works if I do a factory reset, but if I restart my phone after that then it will keep restarting again. I followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2503646 attempted to fix it and everything worked fine for a day (I restarted my phone a couple of times I think), but now the problem is back.
Does anyone know what's going on? Help please!
bootloader unlocked
5.03.651.3_Stock deodex rom
s-on
phone is also unlocked
Update SuperSU in recovery. Current version is 2.02, I believe. Google for the file.
Try flashing the lastest radio. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2406330

[Q] HTC ONE Weird Bootloop

Hey guys,
I rooted and unlocked my HTC One a few weeks ago, then I tried to gain S-OFF on my phone (HBOOT 1.54) with the rumrunner tool. But after a few tries (it wouldn't work) it gave another error. I then unplugged my phone and put it on, but after 5-7 seconds it suddenly rebooted. It just kept rebooting ever since, it stays on for 5-7 seconds and then turns off again. Also I noticed the 'Quietly Brilliant' line isn't showing anymore when it reboots itself. I can still get into recovery mode.
The weird part is: I utilised a factory reset and then i rebooted it and the bootloop stopped, but if I turn it off it just starts again and I need to utilise a factory reset again.
Please help me, I'm tired of worrying my phone will turn off by accident.
Thanks.

[Help!] HTC Desire 626s recovery mode failure

Hi!
A few months ago I rooted my HTC desire 626s, everything was fine until I tried to "Full Unroot" option in superSU, it got stuck in the "please wait" sign and restarted the phone, since the superSu wasnt intalled anymore i thought the unroot completed succesfully, and made a factory reset, after that i root checked it and it said i had my phone rooted but the cmd, supersu and twrp keep telling that there was no root at all. So i went to the recovery mode but it never change to the black screen with a red sign, i got stuck (again) in the htc green logo with red letters saying "recovery mode failure...". I have tried everything to fix it but with no success, and even re-rooted normally, but i still cant unroot or enter the htc normal recovery mode, i got cynogen recovery. Also tried with RUU but none worked even trying to install from adb.
Please help, im getting quite desperate, bootloader is unlocked and S-ON.
Thankyou!
I had the exact same issue, it seems un-rooting leaves files behind that still get picked up by android 'safetynet' (used by android pay, pokemon go, etc)
I actually tried using king root (my original root method) to remove the root.
...and I ended up bricking my phone...
Your best bet would be to flash back to stock with the RUU, this will delete all your data, but it's the only thing that worked on my 626 (non-s)
The flashing program is tricky, but I got it to work.
You can see the process here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-626/help/how-to-unbrick-htc-desire-626-fails-t3464427
Bun since you're using the 626s, you'll want to use the latest 626s image instead,
But the rest of the process should be the same.
I hope it works out for you!
