[Q] please Help with eXistenZ rom and .307

Hey! First thing first.. I´m a noobie. :silly:
When that is said I have a XZ locked bootlodaer, rooted, .253 firmware. I have model nr C6602 now, I had C6603 on .434 before .253 flash. ****ed up a littlebit.. :cyclops:
Anyway I want to install Niaboc´s eXistenZ and upgrade to .307 If that is possible ?
My question is : Do i have to downgrade firmware to .434 and root all over again - then Uncheck kernel, fota, data, cache & appslog on .253 and hit flash button? And AFTER that I´ll Install eXistenZ Black v3.zip from recovery? or other way around ?
If that is the case is it possible to upgrade to .307 after all this ?
I tried to install eXistenZ Black v3.zip from TWRP after I did the .253 flash.
That did not work , the android dude went down on the ground with a yellow triangle sign on the stomach.
If anyone can give me a step by step noob guide to achieve this (A little more describing than OP) then I'd be eternally grateful! :fingers-crossed:

[Q] [HELP PLEASE]FULL complete 10.5.A.0.230 ftf with TA partition

hi guys so i stupidly forgot to backup my TA partition so now none of my sony apps work like bravia engine 2 but i have found a post on this site stating a way that might resolve my problem

the main problem im having is for xperia z fix it says i need to get 10.5.A.0.230 ftf with TA partition but i cannot find one with a TA partition iv been looking for hours now with no success
so please please please can any of you kind people provide me with a link to a 10.5.A.0.230 ftf with TA for my xperia z please
also the reason i didnt ask the question on that thread is cause i cant untill iv made more than 10 posts (forum rules)

any reason you need .230 firmware? why not try .280 or .292. The one I have downloaded of .280 has ta partition included.

Need kernel

I need 10.7.A.0.222 and 10.6.A.0.454 stock kernel for my Xperia zr.Or please tell me how to get kernel from ftf file?
