The device is not rooted, correct? Does this restart only happen right after you uninstall an app, or is it happening at random times?

Try from the app drawer. While in app drawer, press & hold app. You can now see delete in upper right corner. Drag app there & it will delete. See if that works

From app drawer no problem.... No reboot and app correctly uninstall. The problem is only from menu applications

Now that's a very good question which I have no idea. I'll give it a try.
Edit: Well, the issue seems to be with your phone. I deleted an app with no issues.
If could be caused by an app you recently installed. Is your phone rooted? Or did you make it s-off?

I'm having a strange problem. When i press the Menu- Edit from main screen, i get a pop up "Select email application" And then it tries to send an email with some bug report info about the tw launcher. Has anyone else got that? Is there a cure for it? It was working fine up until about a week ago and then it started. I love this launcher but this annoys the heck out of me.
Thanx.
Working...somewhat.
TW4 installed just fine and everything was running well until today. The launcher refuses to keep any of my apps on my homescreen that I move from the app drawer to my homescreen. I'll lock my phone then all of sudden when I get back into it, ALL of the apps on my homescreen are gone. I've already moved the apps from the drawer to my homescreen three times. Does anybody have a fix for this?? If not, I'll have to go back to Launcher Pro, which bums me out because I really like the look of TW4. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Go to manage applications and then to the launcher you are currently using .. there is an option to clear defaults .. click on that.. then press the home button.. you should see the option to choose the launcher
Thanks!

As heading suggests, I was using nova launcher with no prob. But i thought of trying mihome. Installed it and clicked to download a clock theme. Download didn't start but notification came. I couldn't cancel it. So, tried by uninstalling and rebooting phone. But notification stays. What to do? Please help.
Did you delete the program folder from data directory? Check if it's still there.

Google play store and Google services framework. If you don't have titanium to freeze them you can disable them in settings/apps/all.

Another thing you could try is using the cracked Google play installer by chelpus, it acts as if clean installed. Once done you can reinstall regular Google play using the app

Getting the same issue. Also my phone doesn't seem to be connecting to the PC although the USb is plugged in. I restarted my phone and the icons got grayed out too.. These are the icons on the bottom of eachhomescreen (the ones for phone, messages etc)
I had this try going into you settings/apps/all and then disable(freeze) the offending app uninstall any updates then enable it again, that's how I got my icons back. Its safe to update afterwards. Hope this helps?

Apart from the restart method that some have tried, you could use a task manager and kill "xperia home". That will force the launcher to reload again and you'll see your icons there. A lot more faster than a reboot .

Time in my xsp notification bar doesn't update with the clock widget how can I fix this?
Thanks
Sent from my C5302 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
What was the actual time that time?
It maybe that the widget froze and not the notification bar..are you using any task killer?
Maybe try a restart, if you didn't make it yet. Can you imagine why that happened? Made a mod before, or flashed something?

If your phone is rooted, you can try ' Fast Reboot' in the Play Store. It restarts the systemui, and also the clock
