...but you need a google wallet account, don't you?
Is impossible everywere in the world buy android apps through sim card credit. You need to create a google wallet account as Vipertheripper said and link in this account a credit card supported and you're done

But Iknow that is Possible!!
You need to be rooted to do so: open your build.prop in /system and change EVERY
ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-samsung
with
ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-vf-it
and then reboot, I'm italian too and I have vodafone so I've looked for it on google a lot of time ago
And for other people here on this thread, yes it's possible if the operator allowed it, as Vodafone Italy did.

Engadget recently posted about a Chrome extension called APK Downloader. It allows you to download the APK for any app on the market, including those that may be blocked by your carrier. My first thought was to try Google Wallet for my T-Mo Nexus S. I was able to get it installed and add the prepaid card. I haven't had a chance to try a purchase yet, though. Let me know if it works for you.
I can't post links yet but just search APK Downloader on Engadget for info on where to download it from
After I got APK Downloader installed in Chrome, I googled "Google Wallet site: play.google.com" and then used the extension to download the APK to my Dropbox so I could quickly access it from my phone.
If anyone has a chance to do this and make a purchase, let me know. I'll give it a shot tomorrow

Just used wallet successfully
I can confirm that the above method worked for me. I was able to install the app, add the prepaid card, and successfully buy something with it.
I have not tested this on a non-rooted phone, although I imagine it could work since you do not need to be rooted to install an APK outside of the Play Store.
One other note for rooted users, there is a persistent banner on the app that says "Unsupported Device. Learn more." This means exactly what it says. It is unsupported so the Google Wallet devs aren't obligated to help you if you are rooted and have problems with the app. This does not mean that the app will not work.
One more update: it looks like after installing the app in this way, it shows up in the "my apps" section of the Play Store, allowing you to update it (providing it's an update that doesn't break it for root users).

It's due to the regional and carrier settings. In the US, I believe its only available for the Sprint Nexus S 4G, and not available for anyone else. This method allows everyone else to update and install google wallet.
Hey,
Thanks for this link - I managed to get the app installed (i9020 bought unbranded, on T-Mobile UK, totally stock unrooted 4.0.4).
However, when I start the app up, I still get the "this app is not supported in your country / on your network" error.
I guess it's because I'm in the UK? Any way to get around this?
Thanks,
Suman

As a Canadian I have yet to find a way to do this short of driving 30mins to the border, hopping on a US network and trying then. Might need to switch sims as well.

Hmm, ok... so does the device permanently have to be on a "supported" network for the Wallet application to load up, or does it just need to get activated first?
I have an old AT&T GoPhone SIM somewhere (in my crypts!) which I could possibly use in the phone, but I don't know if roaming would work...
Will have to give it a go and see what happens!
Try market enabler and spoofing to T-Mobile US, you need root though
Works for me

My device is totally stock and unrooted and currently locked bootloader - do you have a step by step guide for how to get Market Enabler working?
Cheers,

I'm in the UK and my Nexus is a completely stock i9020T running 4.0.4. The app doesn't open properly because "my country is not supported" but I can still download from the stock Play Store app :S
anyway to root without wiping on 4.0.4 ics stock?

When you say 'not working' what do you mean?
You could try sideloading 'market unlocker' and setting it to some other country.

There is a trade embargo between the United States of America and countries deemed as "rogue countries" (Sudan, North Korea, Iran etc..). iTunes used to not work in Sudan either but I found a way to bypass it by using a vpn or proxy server. I used ultrasurf to get into the iTunes Store and it thought I was in California. Until America stops bullying our country this is the way things will have to be, ya habib.

Solution for countries where googleplay not supported
I've heard that you can bypass the problem of not being able to access googleplay in countries like sudan. Something to do with custom VPN (or APN not sure which) to make it seem like you are in another country. Anyone know about this??
You can either use this app http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1582422
or Use "Market Enabler"

You could backup your old apps by using astro file manager. I know that once the apps is running in your system even you use just one account it will still update all apps thats installed in your phone.

This its considered piracy and xda Supports developers.. So re buy your apps

you can contact google play support, If you can prove to them both accounts are yours they probably have an admin that can transfer ownership.
I can imagine this situation occurs realistically often so they must have some protocal or procedure to legally transfer.
Anyway I think thats your best shot.

Whats the problem with free apps? Re download. .
Usind 3rd party apps to hack paid apps from an account to another its piracy..
What makes sense for you does not make sense for google... As there its over 160 millions android users in that scale imagine the needed resources to transfer apps from accounts to people who "changed id" it plain wont happen

50 app? come on it would take you like a hour tops, if your cant be bothered to just reinstall the apps then its just not going to happen there is no other way to move the apps.
Your best bet would be to Titanium backup all the apps you want to keep, remove the account you no longer want then reinstall the apps job done

After the recent update to google search, it has become incompatible with our galaxy mini. Youtube has the same problem. But there is a separate thread for youtube here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846009 . If some one has the last working version, please post here. I recently switched back to stock rom from cm10 (great rom anyway!) by TheWhisp and now as I had to wipe data and cache, I am having a very old version. If someone has the last working version please post it here. Any help will be appreciated and thanked.

What is 1mobile market?
they are supported no need to protest
Google play include many criteria in determining app compatibility and sometimes one or two thing don't meet the requirement and server thinks that mobile is compatible but in actual they works
1mobile market is another app store for android like amazon.com which only contains free apps, it do not check for compatible so no problem in downloading

Would not spend $10 on this.
If there is a way to make your device work you would likely find it here first.
Every buyer can ask for a refund no matter what, even after the 15min trial google gives
