Is the problem solved? You boot to recovery when you want, and the ROM when you want?

when you flahed the recovery did you boot into android first. or did you boot right into recovery.
if i remember correct right after you flash the recovery you need to boot right into recovery. so i would.
boot back into bootloader mode and run the mfastboot command and then type adb reboot recovery and it should boot into recovery with no issues.
let me know if that helps

I tried fastboot erase cache and fastboot format cache after flashing TWRP but it wouldnt work
Tried flashing TWRP recovery from Phillz with ROOTLINUX recovery flasher
Nothing would work
Only TWRP 2.5.00 would boot but touch is not working
There was a thread almost similar to mine http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=52361688 but no one was answering. I guess starting a new one would help

bro for which device?
Try the latest TWRP 2.7.0.9.
It would take a miracle for that to change anything, but it's worth a shot.

OK, so you flashed the latest TWRP via fastboot. That didn't help.
Instead of using the all in one, try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800
if you haven't already.
Maybe the All-in-one isn't working because it can't recognize your device?
Not to be a pessimist, but I'm not sure if this will work either.

ADB doesn't list the device while it's in fastboot mode anymore. Is there anyways to get around that so I can actually reflash the stock recovery/system so I can get a working phone again or what?
I'm an idiot, was using the wrong usb cable lol. Trying to go through my wireless headsets hub.

no, but fastboot does. just reflash stock using fastboot.
Thank you, I was trying to use adb to flash like an idiot -_- It's fastboot devices that sees it...
fastboot erase cache fixes it.
