You MUST be on android to install twrp. Get that going first.

Sorry you're having trouble. I've never had Odin shut down on me before. Maybe you have a corrupt firmware download, or bad drivers. Can you try re-downloading the firmware files and reinstalling the drivers again please.

Hello everyone,
I have a rooted Motorola Droid, running Android version 2.2. I downloaded a .APK file, and whenever I try to install it, it gives me a message saying "Parse error." This is a .APK that has worked on all my previous rooted phones, does anyone know how to fix this? By the way, I've already enabled unknown sources.

If you're installing from the SD Card using a file manager, maybe try redownloading. If the same apk installs on a later android version then it mean it's not available for Android 2.2.
You could try installing a custom rom. There's not many to choose from but they work.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't work. I'm trying to stay as stock rom as possible.

If the .apk installed on a later android version then my guess it's not compatible.

First of all: Hi guys!
I've got a Problem, when trying to flash SuperSU in TWRP it says "Failure, aborting" at "Extracting ramdisk".
I already searched the web, but can't seem to find anything to help me.
I hope someone has a solution to this.

This is not a twrp problem and I guess you are running stock rom.
It fails to extract ramdisk because sony uses a different format for kernel images and so SuperSu cannot be installed systemless.
You will need to find a system SuperSU zip
