Hello dear friends,
i recently bought the G1 and i want some applications like skype,a good movie player but i do not know from where to get them.So can someone please obtain a link for me? I would be greatfull I am sry if this isnt the right section for this question but its the first time i'm using this forum so allow me =)

Open "Market" from the phone and you'll find a lot of apps there.

i cant open it..
its locked
how can i unlock it?

You only have to read it. If you do not understand, it's maybe better not to root ...

i can't find root firmware (don't know witch is right one)

I think that is necessary is to use what is the device that matches the specifications in terms of the version number and Krenel and Build Number
necessary to root it cuz its was necessary in S2

my lg 4x HD sooooo slow and freezing

HI everybody,
my phone is sooo slow to open any app and sometimes keep freezing ,i update tthe fw but it gone worth i formated the phone 2 times
doesnt help i dont know wot to do ,can anybody help pls ,,thanx alot

what rom are you using? if you are on stock you should consider to try some custom rom

im on the stock rom ,if i root itit gonna be faster ???

Try to use CM10.1.3 stable version .
You can get it from here : http://get.cm/get/aYU
You need an unlocked bootloader and custom recovery to install this .

My wife using LG OPTIMUS 4X HD since some time but it works very slow. We have tried cleaning up its memory lots of times but never refreshed it or have done something else. Can anyone pls help as we are not technical. Any step by step guidance pls for us. Lots of prayers in advance. Waiting.............

i searched alot in google but nothing i knew hot to flash stock roms but i did not find any answer about every thing else !!

search and read carefully
be aware of backing up/restoring TA, IT IS DANGEROUS IF U ARE NOOB,U MAY HARD BREAK YOUR PHONE if u restore wrong/corrupted one
