I'm in the same situation, trying to figure out if I can install it on my Bell IS (I'm unlocked on AT&T). Anybody tried it yet?
Can we install this OTA ROM on indian IS s-on?
How can I install this one?
I've got a S-ON Incredible S, tried to rename to PG32IMG.zip and put it at the root of my sd card but no luck.
So I've extracted firmware.zip inside the file and renamed to PG32IMG.zip. Incredible S upgraded my hboot and radio but no the os version and now I can't get my wifi working anymore (got error as soon as I turn on wifi).
If I were you, I would use the official RUU instead.

It will wipe your phone, but I think you will not be stuck in between 2 versions.
Just my 2 cents though
<EDIT>
That is, if you have a european IS, by the way.
</EDIT>
I'm trying right now, but if I launch the updater from booted os it gives me error 155 which readme says is an incorrect rom image for my phone.
If I try to upgrade from the HBOOT, the updater says I've got not enough battery (30% min) but my battery is full of charge.
Is your phone branded? I think this RUU is for unbranded phones only.. but I am not sure.
I'm trying with the goldcard method, it's flashing at the moment, I'll post my results as soon as it's finished

Hello everyone, I need some help if possible.
Basically I had a HTC One on stock 4.1.2. I unlocked the bootloader, installed ClockWorkMod and rooted the phone successfully. I've had a notification for a OTA update to 4.2.2 recently so I read that I would have to go back to stock recovery and relock the bootloader and remove root access. Somewhere along the line Ive must have totally messed up. I can start the phone and it loads up but Iv'e not got no WIFI ( hangs on turning on), SD card isnt recognised by the phone and after checking the firmware I'm still on 4.2.1. I ran the Hboot menu and it said ***Relocked*** and ***Tampered***. I tried running recovery and it had a red triangle. So I retraced my steps and unlocked the bootloader and installed CWM again.
Am I right in thinking the best thing to do would be to flash the firmware using CWM which requires root access?
Few things that may help:
Ive checked the Hboot menu and it says the phone is ***Tampered*** and ***Unlocked***
S-ON after running getvar in CMD prompt. (Does this mean phone isnt rooted any more?)
I can still get into CMW recovery but I'm not sure how I could install SuperUser if the SD is corrupt?
Ideally I'd like to get on 4.2.2 with root access but I dont know the best way to go about it. Im not too bothered about losing data, I would just like the phone back in working order. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry if there is already a solved thread!
I have gotten S-On back and my bootloaer to relocked, I tried to watch tuts but I cant find half of the programs/downloads they use. Or, how can I flash the stock recovery mode, I had TWRP Installed but now I deleted it but now, I can't even factory reset my phone because I have no Recovery mode.
It's killing me not being able to upgrade to Sense 6
I have a Verizon HTC One M7 on Android 4.4.2, Sense 5.5
o
About the Sense 6 update, I can get the update and download it OTA but whenn I hit the install now button the phone reboots into the HBOOT menu.

The "general thread" has a collection of stock recoveries. Pick the one for your device. Must also be the same OS as currently installed.
You likely shouldn't have gone back to S-on. This can cause some issues.
You shouldn't have s on or relocked bootloader, you don't need to do either. Make sure you have the right recovery. If you don't well from memory you can't use HTC dev to unlock the bootloader to flash another recovery. You have to s off again first to be able to unlock the bootloader. NEVER s on!

I have htc one m7 i had it rooted s-off and than unlocked with java card.
I have notification about update from htc (left the phone with original rom on it)
I accept to update it downloads the update than reboots my phone in recovery but there nothing happends it gives me options to browse the content of the phone whipe dalvik cashe etc.
I am currently running android kitkat 4.4.2 original htc rom with htc sense 5
I have hboot 1.56
Should i install zip manualy from there?
if i do that will it brick my phone? will i loose unlock that i made with java card ?
Are you on a custom recovery? You need to flash the stock recovery for your firmware to accept ota updates. It will not mess with your secure flag or lock status by updating. At least it shouldn't.

When you do any ota, you still lose root. Ota needs stock recovery to work. Check santod's thread on recoveries, firmwares and such thread. It has links and instructions
