Just a bit off advice - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi im on android revolution 12 and iwas wondering if there was some good tweaks for performance but im also s-on
So any suggetions will be great

Nope

Try one of the custom kernels and play around with the governor and scheduler choices. But ARHD is pretty snappy out of the box. You're not likely to be able to improve on it much no matter what you do.

Can if flash kernals with s-on?

The ICS kernel source has not been released yet for the IncS, so the only choice you currently have is what is in the ARHD zip.
No other option except the stock kernel at present.
Go bug HTC and tell them to release the ICS kernel source already.

Hi,
Ive been always roaming into android device, installing custom ROMs, recoveries, kernels and firmwares but never got what they really are technically.
Could you please tell me what is the Shell, kernel and firmware? What is the difference?

try insert coin by baadnewz, its sense rom and with option to remove blinkfeeds at start of installation. its what im using right now and its very stable and smooth.
