----------------3 ways to get torch on
1: Phone locked + long press home : is controlled by 3minit under system /app to launch / longpress home button option. "If you dont have the option maybe you need to buy 3minit from the market "
2: Lockscreen and volume up : contolled by romcontrol under system settings/ my device/ rom control/lockscreen options/torch.
3: Torch toggle from notification panel.

so to fix this just go into 3minit app / ui / set header add on to none

*************** ok guys please follow these directions for batttery life and performance*****************
1- boot into recovery and wipe everything 3-4xs
dalvik , cache , data , system
2- then flash rom follow on screen promps and add what u want and or remove what u dont want
3- after flashing rom reboot and let it settle when it boots 1/2 a min
4- then work your way through setup wizard
5- go into settings then cpu control then tools tab and then into pimp my cpu
6- set current max to 918 if u picked the faux kernel make sure the low settings is at lowest and the max is 918
7- and click on set on boot this might not work u may have to set this on every boot
** optional **
go into settings /wireless and networks/mobile networks and change the network mode to cdma only ( this is only if u have patches of 4g when it comes on and off )
turn off nfc and sbeam if your not using it
go into settings/accounts and google make sure to do this after your synced and uncheck google calenders sync
please make sure in settings/device/display screen time out is set to 30 sec or lower but again this is to your pref
lower vibration settings
and use a dark backround

-You can sign up for Swype beta at their site. You can also get stock Swype back from ACS.
-Launcher Pro is uninstallable, so please be careful you have another launcher installed before you go breaking things. If this does happen to anyone, please contact me and I will provide you with a flashable fix (hopefully it won't)
-I highly recommend leaving the rom alone for 10 minutes. There's a reason people say that. Even after it's done media scanning, there are still things going on. After 10m, reboot.

-you don't have to disable voodoo to flash this
Tips if you're having issues
-phone running unusually slow? try disabling voodoo. reboot. enable voodoo. really clears things up sometimes!
-Do not restore apps already present on the system via Titanium.
-If your phone is acting funny, delete cache/dalvik cache/restore permissions in recovery
-Market issues? Clear market data, run market doctor in titanium!

There seems to be a bug with themed market. The blue theme vanished once I rebooted the phone. Its currently green color and no longer blue. Is there a quick fix to this as I really liked the blue. Not a complaint and certainly not a deal breaker Thanks!

unfortunately there was a market update yesterday at some point. thats on my to do list. soon as i fix the few tiny bugs with this rom i will post the flashable in the 2nd post.
since this is the new leaked kernal.. can someone do something "badass" so set themselves from the other roms...
maybe a different launcher than TW or LuncherPro? if possible?
whas the differences in KA5 and KA6?

Well folks, here it is, my first ever debut in the world of developing...so go easy on me. This is a fully customized Sense 1.0 rom from the latest Gingerbread leak. It has all of the unneeded and Verizon bloat removed so it should be a very smooth experience.
Normal disclaimer about how flashing a rom can be dangerous for your phone and such. Please always perform a backup before flashing any of my work (or anything really). If you some how mess up your phone it's your fault, not mine. You are not allowed to sue me, all you'd get would be student loans anyways.

Hey Mc, you should grab the new wallpapers out of that new 2.3.5 Sense 3.0 Desire Rom. They are beautiful and I've already put them in my Pure Speed Rom for my next update.

Thanks, wasn't too hard to achieve, just had to find the right pngs to replace. I wish it played better with my custom font (a little offset as you can tell) but it's not bad. So far the poll is point towards people wanting rosie to stay, but I might contact you depending on my final decision.

Haha a truer statement has never been uttered. I'm toying with the idea of releasing another senseless version, we'll see what I have time for.
Hmmm may try this out later tonight, like the black that has been added for the staus bar and pull down notification. Only change I would still like to see is a white battery circle number % thingy.

The backlight error is pretty simple (assuming this hasn't been found yet), the array in config.xml has been misnamed. Should be config_autoBrightnessButtonBacklightValues.

The backlight error is pretty simple (assuming this hasn't been found yet), the array in config.xml has been misnamed. Should be config_autoBrightnessButtonBacklightValues.

Are there any bugs?
Yes but minor.
1. Pressing the Home button when the screen is off won't take you back to the app you were using. It will go back to Launcher.
2. Sometimes when connecting via USB you won't see your phone on your PC.
Solution : Pull down the notification bar, tap on the "Connected as a Media Device" Notification and change it to Camera(PTP). If it happens again, change it back to MTP.
3. Pressing the Home button won't bring you back to the homescreen from App Drawer. Pressing the Home button on Homescreen won't bring you to default page.
Solution : Disable S-Voice activation by Double Tapping Home button, Press the menu key and disable the activation by double tap.

How to fix statusbar bug while on Apex/Nova Launcher - Credits to dante10
Nova Launcher
1.Disable wallpaper scrolling in Nova Settings > Desktop
2.On the desktop, tap and hold to apply new wallpaper
3.Select gallery and select the wallpaper you want to apply.
4.At the "Set Wallpaper" screen, tap the crop mode menu the square-ish icon. Select portrait and then select the portion of the image you want to set as wallpaper
Apex Launcher
1.Set wallpaper mode to Single screen(non-scrolling) in Apex Settings > Homescreen settings
2.On the desktop, tap and hold to apply new wallpaper
3.Select gallery and select the wallpaper you want to apply.
4.Crop the image however you want and press done.
If it doesn't work after the above steps, set wallpaper again from the Phone Settings menu.

I have a question bout deodexed vs odexed. I do understand the difference between those 2 and that you need deodexed for custom Roms, from what I see it is also supposed to be easier on the ram but slower on booting. What I really wonder and does someone know for sure, is there a speed difference with normal usage. I don't care if booting takes a bit longer but I do care bout the regular usage.

The difference isn't really noticeable to the naked eye. The difference is only a few nano/milliseconds of booting/executing. Any possibility to have option turn off camera sound?..Deleting/renaming sound file in media folder can turn off camera sound but with option to turn off will be much better.. By the way, thanks and really much appreciated yr great job buddy

This is just the beginning There's still a LOT more to come
I'm sure there will be. The one thing you have always had over other options is the OPTIONS of getting rid of things like apps and others. That is what always kept me staying with ya.

Okay, I actually dont hace any torrent handlers on ny device nor my computer so wont bother doing that unless it is going to be a while longer(?).

Bittorrent is a great client from the Play store. Here is the torrent file as well so just download the app then tap the file attached

Haha yeah thats probably because I'm the only seeder and most of my upload bandwidth is going towards uploading the Direct download. Wait for everyone to wake up and start seeding I on the other hand am gonna stay up all night working on this bad boy
