[Q] Touchscreen not working!? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I am S-off, unlocked and using SuperCID - I was using bigxie's GE rom with latest firmware and I am using T-mobile I was trying to go back to stock but when I flash it and do a clean install of the Stock Rom for tmobile everything loads but my Touchscreen doesn't work. I have tried 2 roms now with my stock setup I even tried to change the firmware back to tmobile original firmware thinking it had something to do with the updated touchscreen drivers on the 2.24 firmware but nothing. Any help or advice would be great thanks in advance

HELP - phone wiped and no rom - how do I flash?

Hi,
I've got S-OFF's phone with bootloader unlocked.
I've had the phone months and been using various custom roms and firmwares.
I'd tried the latest 3.17 rom but the radio was rubbish and decided to go back to 2.24.401.8 based rom.
I flashed the unmodified 2.24.401.1 firmware (inc HBOOT, radio etc.)
This went fine, but it's wiped my phone and now I have no ROMs on the phone to be able to flash them.
How do I get my phone back up and running???
please help
Had that once, too. Try to upload the rom with adb or a toolkit

Either fastboot a ruu, run a ruu.exe, or you have to adb sideload a rom in twrp

Follow this procedure:
You need to relock your bootloader and flash a RUU.zip which is the stock 4.1.2.
Thanks for your suggestions.
I managed to sort it by flashing CWM recovery, going in it and doing a full wipe (the firmware change seemed to have messed up the data on phone rathan than wipe it.
Then I use adb push ROM.zip /sdcard/ROM.zip (naming my custom Rom ROM.zip)
I was then able to load the Rom in CWM and get the phone running.
I've seen a lot of people resorting to a RUU lately. It seems like every time someone has trouble, that's the answer they get. RUU's are usually a last effort to fix a phone. In most situations there's an easier fix. ( like adb push )

[Q] Need help Please with uk unbranded stock

Hi I've had my HTC one since june/july and decided I get on the rooting bang wagon.
Managed to unlock bootloader and everything looked fine, tried to install kitkat rom and well it went down hill from there as it wouldn't install and after that wouldn't do anything other than reload into cwn recovery. I'd not done a back up like a clown or took note of any of my firmware, kernel versions. managed to learn how to push rom via adb and fastboot. thing is I panicked as I did'nt want a bricked fone and stuck on stock odex rom.
its runs fine but would really like to have uk unbranded rom and firmware back on or atleast know where to find it before I attempt to stick either google edition software or kitkat again but hopefully a little more succesful. I've also now managed to s-off

As you managed to s-off, there are 2 ways. The first being to run the 1.28.401.7 RUU (http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/ruu_m7_ul_jb_50_htc_europe_1-28-401-7_radio_4a-13-3231-27_10-31-1131-05_release_310878_signed-exe/), to downgrade and then update to the latest.
Or easier way would be to flash the latest 3.62.401.1 GURU RESET ROM here: http://www.htc1guru.com/2013/10/guru-reset-3-62-401-1-stock-rom/ That includes the options to go to complete stock.

[Q] Sprint One, touchscreen not responding after RUU flash

So... I flashed the stock Sprint RUU to my HTC One with unlocked bootloader and S-On. The phone boots fine but when I get to my lock screen, my touchscreen is unresponsive. Completely. I have tried different RUU's with no success. Wtf am I doing wrong?
The problem comes from using a 4.1 Rom with the new firmware. The old RUU is useless if you've already updated your firmware. The firmware updated the touchscreen drivers and made it uncapatable with any roms under 4.3

Vodafone UK Kit Kat Nandroid ?

Hi guys.
If anyone could help, I need a nandroid backup of Vodafone UK KitKat please, preferably a TWRP backup, I had a problem last night with my phone and they only way I could get it working again was to flash the Guru-Reset rom 2.24, this has left me stuck with 4.2.2 and sense 5, I am also stuck with s-on, however my HBOOT is still 1.56 and my OS version is 4.19.401.11, but no OTA software updates available apparently, just keeps saying im running the latest version, I guess this is down to the OS version as it didnt back flash.
Thanks in advance.
