[Q] setting background wallpaper

anyone know how to change the background wallpaper of setting..??
please help me...

I think you might need a custom launcher for that. Idk if it's possible to change background with stock rom/launcher.
I know it is possible with Go Launcher and ADW Launcher. Search them from play and look around at the settings.

i download music edition v3.0 in that rom the background of phone setting there is wallpaper,like in that photo..
i want to edit black background of phone setting into a coustom wallpaper..please help..

if You Can Edit Framework , Or Go To ChocobreadV2.2 rom , and Download Choco-BeeBlueStyle, and edit Choco-BeeBlueStyle Framework .

You will need to decompile framework-res.apk and change the wallpaper to whatever you like. Recompile it and flash it via cwm..

If you like an image must be decompiler framework-res.apk and put you image here. Dont forgot to add an id for this file on public.xml in values folder.
For change black color you must edit style.xml replace any color yo want change towallpaper
replace "@color/black" with like this "@drawer/bg_wallpaper" for exampl.
i don't know which line control android background but themers team can help

[Q] How to port rom mdpi -> ldpi

please how to resize framework-res and SistemUI????
I want to move out of rom PARANOIDANDROID sga in sgm and can not change framework and sistemUI
please help me with the transfer rom

decompile both the apk with apk tool
go to /res/drawable-mdpi
resize every png
go to /res/values change every value according to galaxy mini
recompile them
but do not sign them as they are system apps

1) Open Framework-res.apk with WINRar.
2) Go to drawable-mdpi
3) Resize every single Png in this Folder

@above: seems like you forgot about *.9.png... those won't work just by resizing... you'll have to add markers at edge and convert them. Google it.

How to remove carrier name ?

Does anyone know how to remove from the system tray carrier name ?

If you can edit the systemui.apk after deodexing, it should be easy for you.
Unfortunately it was not possible for me, to deodex our systemui.apk.
The downloadable edited systemui.apk of the p6 is running, if you rename the original systemui.apk and systemui.odex.
But after that you will miss some taskbar functions.

The systemui.apk from #10 has a house instead of a huawei logo for home.
If you don´t rename systemui.odex, you will get a lot of systemui error messages and it would be difficult, to fix it.
The better way is to edit the original systemui.apk.

Since this is working well, am I able to deodex this SystemUI and make my own changes? Couldn't deodex the original SystemUI.

[Q] Adding items to settings.apk

Hi guys
I want to add items in settings.apk . I have searched everywhere and the only things I found are guides to add these
items or change layout but I need to decompile settings.apk , edit strings etc .
I dont want to do these things and I wonder if there is some kind of Xposed Module or app I can use to do these
things ?

2. Install frameworks from your device (framework-res.apk+SemcUXPGeneric.apk)
3. Decompile settings.apk
4. Using notepad++
5. Add to logos to drawble folders with others size
6. Res/Xml/settings_headers.xml open with notepad++ and add to items for here.

Hello, I know how to decompile & compile apk but I Dnt knw how to modify apps after decompiling app. Which file shall I use to modify my need. I'm new to this whole process nd I want to modify an app. Please suggest me any link or post that has a details of how to modify app.
