1: communication and system information

But for real, u seem like a bright kid. I'm sure you will do well in whatever direction you wish to pursue. I suggest make a pro - con list of both schools, and go from there. Good luck.

Information systems seems like it's too narrow of a field. And software developers make pretty good money.
Also I will be attending Iowa State University starting at the end of August. I'm majoring in Computer and Electrical Engineering.

I attended the University of North Texas and Lincoln Technical Institute
Got lots of college credit hours at UNT with no degree and a degree in Diesel Technology at LTI. Both mixed schools in Texas, USA.
Got accepted into Texas A&M's (Agriculture and Mechanical) College of Aerospace Engineering on full ride from Boeing, but 911 happened and that shut the field down. Plant closed I was working at and lost my funding....and my way.

Contrary to what people believe, the Chinese government doesn't take away children. Those with more than 1 child just have to pay higher taxes and stuff.

The best thing you can do is apply for a work visa in the US for 4 years and become a citizen in that time and once you have it move north to Canada doing the same thing. I have a friend that did it but he stayed here.
