Viper One rom have that tweak option. Try it

Thread moved, please do not post these kinds of threads in the development subforum.

You could always ask the chef of the Xposed statusbar mod to add it to his to-do list.

There is an app called Phono in the store which is used for monitoring signal type, strength, etc. but it also has the option to show the operator logo in the status bar

I think he/she wants to hide it. I thought the same as you at first. There's a free app called anotify that does the same thing you described.

I Don't think it's that as ARHD doesn't show the operator logo.
Perhaps the OP might try to explain the request again.

[Q] Looking for an AOSP status bar & lock screen

As title says...
You guys know of any tweaks/mods/apps that I can't find? I've tried 'Holo Locker' from the Play Store but was too buggy.
Seen a couple of mods for status bar in the themes page but not any close enough to stock...
Thanks.
If you flash the TrickDroid, you can add holo status bar with Theme package, same for the lockscreen!

Only thing is, I managed as far as getting the aosp lock screen, the holo blue status bar icons and the aosp percentage blue battery but the clock in the status bar was still white - did I miss something how to get it blue?

[MOD] 4x4 widgets from One X Sense 5 rom

Cross posting this from the International thread:
Guess the title says it all really.
As some of you are aware, HTC removed many of the full page widgets in Sense 5. However, they seem to have added most of those back in the Sense 5 rom just released for the One X. Amazingly, despite the difference in screen resolution, they all work on the One with little to no modding required.
I thought I'd package them up into a flashable zip, for those who want them.
You can get the download link and bug list on my International forum thread....sorry for the pinballing, but easier for me to keep an eye on one thread!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2411885
***Since the Sprint One uses a different partition for /system, I'm not 100% sure if the zip will flash properly for you guys. If anyone tries, please let me know. Nandroid first, just in case***
Good news...
The zip flashes and installs the widgets correctly.
Bad news...
None of them work The only one that doesn't ***** when added to the tab is the photo gallery, however, it doesn't function correctly.
Tested on ViperOne.

Thx for sharing anyway

try adding the com.htc.socialnetwork.res.apk(from where these widgets were pulled from) and flashing that with the widgets and is if that helps
it goes to system/framework/ fyi

Ah, yes it was from a 4.2.2 rom, so that explain it. Sorry, didn't realise they hadn't updated you guys from 4.2.1.
Thanks for the suggestion. Won't get a chance to add it to the zip, so have added the apk here. If someone could try pushing it and let me know if it works?
Thx, I'll look into it, i have music working, and messagewidget half working. i see about the others

I would love to know this aswel. I thought it may be rom related. I'm hoping it may be fixed when a gsm rom gets sprint compatibility. Also read it could be related to some code in the build.prop file.

After some reading I found out that SystemUI.apk contains the status bar icons. I am sure it's a pretty simple job for a themer and the icons are already there. You just have to replace the GSM icons with the 3G ones and recompile

You sir are brilliant!!
thanks alot, works perfectly.
Might be a stupid question, but out of curiosity, what would happen if we had to completely replace the systemUI.apk from a gsm rom on our sprint roms?
the reason i ask is cos I know this method masks the gsm icons with the 3G ones.
and that constantly shows the 3G icon regardless of if we are connected to 3G / HSDPA or EDGE.
so just wondering if its possible to show the correct icon for when its connected to the respective data connection.
but never the less. This mod is perfect.

I am pretty sure that wouldn't work. Yes this method just shows 3G instead of GSM, but I think it's nearly impossible to make it work like a GSM phone. The phone's primary use is with Sprint network, so GSM is secondary. I think that's the best we can get
