[Q] when there will be one click rooting software for android 4.3(.290)

I guess many of them having the same question including me ,when there will be one click rooting software will be coming for android 4.3 (.290)....If anyone having idea please do share with us ...thanks

Most likely this will NEVER happen. It is too difficult to find a root exploit and if there is an alternative solution there simply is no point for developers to waste their time on that.

And how does that change anything? Rooting 4.4 will most likely be achieved in exactly the same way. So you might as well get root now and then just flash a prerooted version once 4.4 comes out.
One click rooting solutions are provided only when an exploit is found in a firmware. The newer the firmware the harder they are to find, that's why its easier to just use an already discovered one in lower firmware version by downgrading.

Why look for an exploit in 4.3 when most of us will be upgrading to 4.4 within the next 2 months. alot of work looking for an exploit in what is really a temporary firmware for us and could very well be patched up in 4.4, like 4.2 to 4.3 was.
May as well wait for 4.4 and then look for the exploit

[Q] Flashtool- Firmware Flashing Error

In my country i don't get official Kitkat yet. So, trying for flash C6603_10.5.A.0.230_Generic CE1.ftf but every time i get error.
Can anyone please tell me what is the problem & how to fix that. Thanks in advance.

Yes, i just re-flash 4.2.2 then ROOT+CWM & flash eXistenZ v7.0.0 ROM by niaboc79.
I have one more question. After flashing that ROM i get update center notification of Kitkat, is it works if i download it & update my phone. Because i'm a little bit confuse about it & also update size is only 310MB.

Installation failed, soon developer will release a kitkat update of that ROM, then i will update it. Thanks

The OTA update is not the same as the factory image.
Factory images wipe the phone.
OTA update does not.
Most prefer the OTA like myself.
Please provide the zip if you can or logcat for the OTA link.

Delete "-w" from fastboot update line of the batch file. Your data is safe now. Magic.

I heard that can be a little iffy

That doesn't always work. I did this with the Preview and it broke the home button and you also couldn't access the Quick Settings. In reading comments on a few sites, it appears that some are having this problem after flashing the Factory Image without Wiping.

FYI why not using -w fails more often than not:
It will not remove old files that are unnecessary bordering on harmful. If you've got a file loading stuff named autoload-kitkat, and a file named autoload-lollipop in the image, flashing the lollipop image will write the latter, and flashing it without wiping will not remove the former.
Voila, something just broke.

You can fix this! Here's the solution. Worked for me when I had the issue just now.

Android Police is reporting that the fix you linked to no longer works with the final release.

Anyone tried the 47I build on T-Mobile?

Has anyone tried the latest 47I build on Tmobile? Is it working properly? I am running the 47E build and when VoLTE is enabled and I have no bars in LTE and attempt to make a call my dialer freezes saying Dialing and can't hang up or dial anymore until I reboot.
I wonder if that has been fixed? Or should I just downgrade and flash the OTA from Tmobile 47M?

Why do you need to downgrade to go to the M version? Use the M version since thats T-Mobiles build

Since the M factory image isn't available I will need to go back to 5.0.1 and then sideload the OTA from t-mobile or just wait for the OTA to arrive on my device.

MAZE ALPHA update V09_20180117_20180117-1052

I have a maze alpha which got this update, when it tries to install the update, it gives the android error before even getting to the installation screen ( in recovery mode), no matter what I do it just does this with the update, the phone is the 4GB MODEL it is not routed, and it has the stock ROM, when it does the error it doesn't brick, you just have to hold the power button to turn it off and then it starts up normally.

I haven't received this update yet. I still in the V08... Did you receive an OTA Update or did you find the Firmware in somewhere else?

I got this as an OTA update, I am in the UK, they may not have released it in other regions.

I'll try to update later. Need to flash stock recovery again first.

It's the one I used on my 4G Maze Alpha. I was rooted with Magisk and it installed fine anyway. I just had to re-root after it was done.

thanks for that it now works, it is annoying we had go to this much effort in order to update our phones, also you are aware you can root your phone in the developer options on your phone.

Hmm no, I don't seem to have that option.

my mistake, i am pretty sure i saw the option in a previous version right underneath the OEM unlocking option in dev - options but it does not appear to be available in this version.

Can't get this update to install. Get the error every time. Hope did you install it?
