I've been having issues with my new Xperia Z not charging at all from any charger whilst it is under any kind of load. This includes browsing the web with Chrome, or more importantly, using GPS and Google Maps. I've tried many chargers, both car and wall ones, official and 3rd party, which work perfectly with my old Nexus 4, that will charge briefly, then allow the phone to actively discharge until I cease any activity on it.
I returned one yesterday for a replacement just in case it was a hardware fault, but this one does exactly the same thing!

Is this "expected behaviour" for this phone, or am I doing something really wrong here? I did briefly have an HTC One before I took it back and exchanged it for this Xperia Z, and this one didn't seem to have an issue charging whilst in use, but it did take upwards of 5 hours to charge even when turned off.
If this is expected behaviour for the XZ, then I'm either going to have to call Customer Services at Carphone Warehouse for a return authorisation code (since it's already been exchanged once, and you're only allowed one change with a sim-free device) or if they refuse, sell it on Ebay.

From yesterday on my Xperia T doesn't have any signal, I cannot search a Network neither. I don't know why or how happened, just did.
I clean-flashed the 4.3 Stock Rom with Flashtool but it doesn't work. I'm going to try to switch SIMs with my girlfriend so I can see wether it's a phone or SIMcard problem. Any hints about this? Never happened before
Well, it's my phone's problem, my SIM has signal in my gf's phone but her SIM doesn't have signal in mine
I fixed it.
To anyone else having the same problem:
1. Shutdown the phone.
2. Disassemble the phone. There are plenty of tutorials if you don't know how.
2. Find this connector and unplug it.

3. After a few seconds, plug it back again (when you do, you should hear a 'click' sound)
4. Reassemble the phone.
That should work, at least did work for me. This is the second hardware problem I had (the first one was the battery not charging offline issue) and both of them were just fixed by detaching and plug in back their respective connectors. If I would have sent this to Sony i'm sure they would have asked me to pay a lot of money for repairing it.
So a few weeks back, I've sent my Xperia Z1 for repair. Now after 4 1/2 weeks, it returned to me. However I noticed something weird. My phone had a scratch on the front. However the "repaired" phone didn't have any scratch. I just assume that they replaced the shatter-proof sheet. But I decided to check the Customization number. I've bookmarked my old Customization number using this website. Here's what I found when I compared both.

Noticed how the're both different. So I checked this thread and I found this.
My question is. Does this mean that that's not my original phone and it has been swapped? Are they allowed to swap phones without telling me? I mean they took 4 1/2 months to "repair" it and when I got it back, I found videos that can be found on display phones. So yeah. I think I got a display phone.
Possible, but changing customization is as easy as flashing an FTF.
Of course.
If you dig deep enough your phone filesystem then you'll find those demo videos on every single Z1. Don't worry
So I got my nexus 6 this week, everything is running fine & smooth as expected from N6.
After 3 days of normal usage suddenly a vertical line appeared on the screen and it appears every where while browsing, app drawer etc.
I was hoping it is a software issue I tried factory reset but unfortunately it seems that it is hardware issue.
Anyone has any idea on how to fix this? or my nexus 6 display is just defective?

It sounds like it's hardware related. Have it ever went away then came back later? Possibility in a different location? Where was it purchased?
-Zero Night
Get it replaced.
Defect. Send it back in for a replacement

Ugh, that sucks. Sorry man. Definitely sounds like a hardware problem.
Where did you order from? I don't know about Motorola, but Google has been pretty good in the past as far as sending advance replacements.
Hi, i have two P9s here who seem to have two different displays, one seems to be brighter and with better whites then the other with a yellowish tint

Is this a display fault? Should i ask for a replacement? The local shop where i bought the phone couple of days ago said they can't replace it and i should ask the Huawei support. The phone is brand new and i'm scared about RMA it because they probably would return the same phone back.
Anyone experienced something like that?
The same rom?
The same color temperature settings?
Both phones have enabled option for "better visibility in daylight" under programming settings?
Also is some cases, just like old Apple phones, if its brand new(even if it was stored for months), glue used on screen need time to "settle in", and before that it have slightly yellow'ish color that go away after some time of usage in warmer place.
In terms of sending phone to Huawei, it should be made by store that you bought it. I dont know where you live, but In most of countries if phone is brand new, and recently bought, initial store is responsible for fixing any issues that device have.
Unless you know place that is certificated to repair of Huawei devices, then using bill from store and phone documents they should replace screen if its needed under guarantee of Huawei.
Anyone know where I can buy a new battery for the RP2? I've put mine through the ringer since I got my RP2 and this thing can't even hold a charge for half a day. 5 hours off the charger, less than 30 minutes of screen on time, with nothing eating away at the battery in the background, and I'm already down to 47%. I've been searching for a few days and the best I've found is used batteries on eBay.
Same. I also posted about if anyone knows of a store to purchase a new battery. Only seen them on eBay as used and no guarantee they aren't as used up as mine.
Also working for a replacement battery, Original/OEM, any leads ?
I am experiencing the same problem. After 2.5 years of RP2 operation I replaced the battery due to the fact that the smartphone began to turn off at low temperatures (about 0 degrees). And, if this behavior appeared after exactly one year of operation, that the smartphone could turn off at 15%, now it can turn off at 70%, even at room temperature.
A week ago I replaced the battery, which I purchased on Aliexpress, but it has only gotten worse. The smartphone can turn off at 30-40% of charge. This indicates that the battery is not able to deliver the necessary current. It is likely that its condition is used, but under the guise of a new one.
