I have xperia v lt25i with unlocked bootloader and rooted with android 4.1.2 i want install only recovery twrp or cwm, where i can find recovery for my deviced?

U will definitely brick just flash a recovery and never cross flash......

Make a nandroid of you would derful 2.3.6 stock rom and flash CM10.1. No white screen bugs here if you get it then just restore your nandroid done

Yes, you can downgrade and no, you don't have to strictly use Italian ftf. You can use any ftf (I prefer central europe) and there's already Italian language
