Are there any voltage control kernels that I can flash over the 4.2 touchwiz ROM? Its based on carbon, all help is appreciated

i like the cm10.1 with kowalski kernel, i put the overclock in 1.5 ghz for test and my phone almost fly!

Both, CM and AOKP (as most of the ROMs) are AOSP based, they differ mostly in the configuration options. I personally prefer AOKP, but there are no "original" and "official" builds out now. So i use the AOKP beast ROM - i only deleted the Sony widgets because they have too much rights (paranoia me), they had rights for everything.
And if you ask for "smooth": 4.2 ROMs are smoother for me than the 4.1 ones because Google did some optimizations on this. And i prefer the 4.2.2 versions, because the first 4.2 releases had some bugs that Google fixed in 4.2.2.
Pure AOSP is the best and stable starting point.

Go for 5.2 or 5.0

And it isnt against xda rules. I dont compare custom roms which custom rom is better, I compare LGs ICS Rom to Custom Roms. So please dont reply and say for example : slimbean is much better than cm and ics or cm is better than slimbean and ics. Just say whats better Custom Roms or ICS...

I prefer JB.. stock JB.. v20c rooted, deodexed, zipaligned plus custom kernel..
so it's my own custom JB then...

No its always samsung stuff but
we got different processor from any model so we cant get any 4.2 stock
same processor but speed varies gt-i8190 is 1ghz but i8200 is 1.2ghz
I dont know about GPU and chipset

its not about clock speed its always about the company who made ir ours is st ericsson which doesnt exist [as company issues b/w st electronics and ericsson]
and new one got qualcomms which exists atleast for 10 years [i think]
So porting is not possible at all?
